Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor coordination of booking systems It took me four weeks - 7 phone calls and 22 emails before my booking at the Palazzo made via IHG was correct, especially as I was using Reward Points and Free nights redemption. The value of the feedback you will get from this survey is quite limited as whoever designed this survey has very little knowledge or skills in how to phrase and present survey questions to illicit the most accurate response. One fundamental error is the fact that question are not numbered so you have no idea how many more question to come. Because of this I nearly quit (but have been a long sanding member of the Priority Club) so persevered in order to help you improve. 24 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experienceat a first class hotel My wife and I stayed there before Christmas and enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Plenty of good food choices, nice spa and upscale gambling experience. It was an easy in and out with the valet and prime location on the strip all at a very reasonable rate. Looking forward to a return soon. 21 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Splendid Hotel! I stayed at the Palazzo for 5 nights, and it was AWESOME. Hotel was very elegant and staff was nice. I had small issues( i wrote below) but other good points covered that. If I have a chance to go to Vegas again, i would definately choose Palazzo again. And i would highly recommend this hotel to others. PROS : Hotel was quiet compare to other hotels in Las vegas. Room was clean & large with seperate living room and a nice view. Pool was good enough to spend the day. CONS : I had trouble at charging bills to room at restaurants and other shops, so I had to pay with my credit card every time. When I checked-in they charged $300 for deposit, and it took almost 2 months to get back. 20 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Memorable Trip to Las Vegas My wife and I spent a very enjoyable long weekend at the Palazzo during mid-February and had a remarkable and memorable trip. The Palazzo is a wonderful hotel that appears to pride itself on providing impeccable customer service and a fabulous overall experience. The basic room accomodations are large, comfortable, and of the best quality. The facilities also offer some of the best dining I have ever experienced, a some wonderful shops and, some of the best locations for friendly imbibbing! I would highly this property when planning a stay of whatever length. 19 February 2015
