Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Palazzo Vegas Our expectations were all met or exceeded, with one exception. Because we booked through a thrid party we were unable to receive IHG points. Had we known that we would not be awarded our points we would have considered other accommodations. Upon check in, I was very disappointed to learn that I could not receive IHG points. Other than the points issue, which is a very big issue for us, we were completely satisfied with our stay at the Palazzo. 26 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Super Service with a few letdowns Excellent service for the most part, but had to change rooms due to a cleanliness issue. Received a better upgrade last year as a Gold Ambassador than this year as a Platinum ... but a good upgrade none-the-less! A fabulous place to stay overall and I won't let the minor annoyances keep me away. The Prestige Lounge is excellent and say Hi to Michelle when you're there ... she'll keep you happy and laughing! 22 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend in Vegas Great hotel from check in to check out. King bed room was huge, clean and we had a great view of the strip. Hotel location has lots of dining options, shopping and with in walking distance to other great casinos. We used my IHG rewards for this stay and we were treated like paying guests. Next time we come to Vegas we will stay here for sure. 22 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Plazzo a grat place to stay. Vegas is a great place for a holiday and the staff at the Palazzo were exceptional in ensuring we had a fantastic time with them. From the moment we booked in to the time we left there attentive service was of the highest quality. Expectation are high when you travel here but the Palazzo surpassed even my requirements. I have only been back in Australia one day and have already recommended the hotel to a friend who is travelling there in a couple of month. Great position on the strip amenities first class and staff friendly and helpful. Only negative was one high quality restraunt provided a poor quality meal for the price charged. 20 January 2015
