Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by staffs kindness and comfortable I always like to stay this hotel. All staffs are really kind and very fast respond. If I asking some amenities they bringing to the room very fast. One time I had to stay with my grand daughter so I asked refriz and crib. That staff was so nice to bring all those things right away. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Did not meet my expectations... Being I platinum elite IHG member and an Ambassador with InterContinental Hotels I expected to be treated very well upon check-in. The front desk manager changed his story about why I would not receive my guaranteed upgrade of a room twice, and then tried to up sell me for the next upgrade above the upgrade I supposed to receive for free for being an Ambassador with InterContinental Hotels. It was a very big disappointment to my wife and I. Once in the room we received great service from the staff on that floor, but when we called to request a printer cable for the printer/fax/copier in our room we were questioned by the staff if it was really there or not. I don't need a $2 printer cable, but I do need it to print off our show tickets. It took over an hour and a half to finally receive the cable for their machine. If it wouldn't have been for these little items it would of been a great stay. The room was exceptional and the majority of the staff was amazing, but it is the small things I expect when I stay at this level of a hotel and I did not receive them. We were there to celebrate and relax before our first child is due (baby moon) but we left disappointed. May 26, 2015
