Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Large Suite Rooms, Lots of Choices for Food I enjoyed staying at the Palazzo during a recent conference. The property, adjacent to the Venetian, offers many attractions for the non-gamer, from a large variety of foods (national chains to unique restaurants) to an atmosphere conducive to strolling and shopping at the Grand Canal Shops. The rooms are large, with 2 televisions, a large desk, wireless internet and a comfortable bed. Bath amenities are excellent. My one concern is that if you move any of the in-room snacks or beverages from their holding tray/refrigerator, you are immediately charged, so keep a close eye on your bill (from your television) prior to checkout to avoid surprises and delays while it is being corrected. 15 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A once in a lifetime experience for people that don't travel a lot We were thoroughly impressed with entire complex. Forget about using WIFI as it next to impossible to access. If you are there pleasure do not hesitate, for business if you require video conferencing or communication like that be prepared to use the old standard, your cell phone. 14 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Luxurious Stay The Palazoo was a wonderful experience and we would return. We stayed here 2 nights and we upgraded to the Prestige Club. The drinks and service were very good, but we were very disappointed in the food selections at the Prestige Club. We love food, and the taste and selections just wasn't there. The restaurants we ate at were very good though. We didn't feel the beds were the most comfortable but we have a sleep number bed and love it. The towels in the bathrooms were very nice. We grabbed bottled water from the Prestige Club to take to the pool. We had no problem finding a lounge at the pool. All the staff at the pool were also very nice. The entire Palazzo staff was very friendly. 13 October 2014
