Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room and Excellent Service The front desk is very courteous and professional. They recognized and greeted me as an IHG club Elite Member during check in. The room was everything I expected, it looked much like the picture I seen on the internet. The view from the room was spectacular. I stayed on the 36th floor and had a view overlooking the Las Vegas strip. The bed could have been a little more comfortable however the other furniture, décor, cleanliness and view made up for it. I did have one issue that occurred the morning I checked out. My car was parked in the underground garage and I found it littered with business cards. I notified the front desk and they apologized. 26 February 2015

Really, that's what we go there for is the experience and they always make sure to treat us well and take good care of us and our vehicle. 25 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor coordination of booking systems It took me four weeks - 7 phone calls and 22 emails before my booking at the Palazzo made via IHG was correct, especially as I was using Reward Points and Free nights redemption. The value of the feedback you will get from this survey is quite limited as whoever designed this survey has very little knowledge or skills in how to phrase and present survey questions to illicit the most accurate response. One fundamental error is the fact that question are not numbered so you have no idea how many more question to come. Because of this I nearly quit (but have been a long sanding member of the Priority Club) so persevered in order to help you improve. 24 February 2015
