Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER MORE VENETIAN _ LAS VEGAS !!!!! Comment: The hotel Venetian - Las Vegas is good located - in the center of famous Las Vegas life. But its is the only benefit of staying in this place. The room service is very poor - several times incleded only trash container emptying and bed make-up. Mini-bar service in the hotel located in Sin City does not exist after hours of service (5.00.pm) !!! several Times I have had to contact room service to have beverage refillment and was left without mini-bar service for more than 24 hrs !!! Complains to the Staff were not sufficient - to compenasate the lack of the proper room service I was "awarded" with 50 USD bonus - WHICH NEVER WAS APPLIED !!! The pick of the lack of professionallity is the FACT THAT i WAS CHANGED FOR ONE NIGHT AS THE RESULT OF "NO-SHOW POLICY" - FOR THE NIGHT WHEN I WAS THE GUEST OF THE HOTEL !!! Since several weeks the Hotel Manager have not found time to answer several of my e-mails in which I try to elucidate situation !!! Moreover - as the Royal Ambassador IHG Rewards Programme member I expected to have free mini-bar service - BEWARE - IT DOES NOT WORK IN THAT HOTEL !!! in concluison: NEVER MORE VENETIAN LAS VEGAS !!! There are many better and more qualified locations in the sourrounding area !!! 24 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Stay I read all of the reviews after my recent stay. I agree with all of the positives, but I experienced none of the negative issues shared by some. Because I booked my room through my professional organization (the conference was held there), the hotel did not have my IHG number. I simply told them I was a platinum member and they immediately offered a complimentary upgrade. I needed to rush to the airport and couldn't wait in the check out line, so I went to the conseirge desk and told them my dilemma. They immediately helped me out. I had a fantastic experience and will be returning to The Venetian every time I go to Vegas. In fact, I'm already planning a return trip with my wife! EJG 08 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 What a birthday I celebrated my birthday at the Venetian with shows and dinners that were b\all outstanding over the weekend. The hotel and it's staff were terrific the room impeccable and the service and food wonderful. It isn't inexpensive but it is worth the money. 29 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Second stay in 6 months I love this hotel. so clean, inviting and friendly. compared to some of the other hotel on the strip this one is far and above a wonderful place to stay. Great room with a divine bathroom set-up, 2 televisions, sitting area, great big comfortable beds----I slept like a baby. Staff is courteous and attentive. The restaurants are great, especially Bouchon---one of my all tie favorites. they have some great bars inside the casino with very attentive courteous bar staff. David a long time employee at the Venetian casino bar was exceptional. All in all I can't wait to come bac. 24 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by THE Place to stay in Las Vegas Stayed at the Venetian mid January. The hotel is amazing. Everything you need is at this hotel. You never to leave if the weather is bad. It has the Shoppes, Restaurant Row. The rooms / suites are fantastic. The staff is excellent. The Concierge Service is very knowledgable and helpful. There is great Security. I would not stay anywhere else on the Strip. 16 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Hotel I Ever Stayed!!! I spend 100-150 days a year staying in hotels for both leisure and business. The hotels I have stayed ranges from 3 stars to 5 stars. However, I can tell you one thing for sure, this is the best hotel I ever stayed. When I first arrived, I was looking for this IHG Platinum section for priority check in because of the long queue. The lady wasn't very friendly probably because my girl friend and I were both wearing very simple clothing unlike other guests who wore suits and dresses. After 2 minutes, surprise!! Front Desk Manager came out of his office and great me, while stressing that he would like to great me personally and thank me for being a platinum member. Then, they gave me an upgrade and the lady starts being nice showing more smiles. I wish she had been like that from the beginning. The hotel room is fantastic, couldn't expect more. You can tell that the hotel is a bit old but I find no problem because every single equipment in the room is working just fine. All the staffs are very responsive to questions and are very willing to help. I requested some toothbrush and they send me a pack of toiletries containing almost everything from shaving kits, tooth pastes, and this is also the only hotel I have stayed in the US which provide slippers. The staff helping me with my checkout was extremely nice. I regret for only staying here one night because I have booked other hotels and wanted to try other hotels in Vegas. However, next time I come to Vegas, this would be my first choice. Believe me, you won't regret staying here, it's worth your every penny! 09 January 2014
