Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Taxi service much to be desired Everything was great about my stay. It's a shame that waiting 20 minutes each time I needed a taxi, when there were AMPLE taxis lined up waiting to take me somewhere, would sour my experience. The taxi "coordinator" was dead set on hand holding EVERY SINGLE GROUP into their taxi to ensure he got a tip, and while that MAY be nice for those with lots of luggage, the rest of us who just needed to go down the street and had no luggage were really put upon during this delay. I was 8 in line of 20, and there were at least 25 taxis, and it took me over 20 minutes to get in a taxi. 27 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always the Best We came to the Venetian this time purely for vacation- we have stayed here a number of times during conferences - but never just a fun trip. Wow - being able to take advantage of all the property has to offer was almost overwhelming. The staff was as usual friendly and most accommodating - and it was nice to be recognized by some of the staff as returning guests - I know there are a good number of great resorts in Las Vegas - but the Venetian to me is one of if not the Best on the strip. 27 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk I was led to believe that although they are an Intercontinetal hotel that all problems, discounts etc thru Intercontinenetal must be done directly with Intercontinental and not thru the Venetian front desk so as stated before I had to pay for all 4 nights. 24 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Reliable Hotel I've stayed at the Venetian/Palazzo now 3 times, and it always is great. The rooms and bathroom are huge so it makes the stay very comfortable. I appreciate the fact that dining ranges all the way from a food court to fine dining. Sometimes you just want a quick slice of pizza that only costs $4 and sometimes you want an elaborate meal. I don't know if this has anything to do with the hotels but I LOVE that there is a walgreens at the foot of the hotels. You can stock up on water and drinks without paying an arm and a leg. I still feel that the Venetian pool is a little small for how big the hotel is, but it's still lovely...Palazzo is better. I like the refresh of the rooms, seems very updated. Overall a beautiful hotel that I would return too and reccommend 23 October 2014
