Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome!!! We stayed a week at the Venetian...It was awesome!! The staff was so friendly! It was so clean and everything looked new! They also recycle their soaps and shampoos for the Less Fortunate....which was a surprise to me. When you get to your room if you turn on the tv and watch the channels that tell you about the Hotel it is so informing...and actually very entertaining. I checked out the spa and its if very nice, I never did go, but it has a really nice healthy and quiet restaurant there and is great for couples and if you want to get away from the Casino atmosphere for a few hours...I want to go back in the summer when all the pools are open and the outside bar and so forth...that looks like a lot of fun. The restaurants are all amazingly good!! we hit about 7 of them...from Hamburgers to Rib Eyes ....everything was great!! The Bourbon Room was a lot of fun and entertaining!! felt so warm and inviting here!! Had a great week!! KB Tallahassee Fl. 28 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxed, yet elegant Upon my arrival, I was just a little overwhelmed. I've never stayed on the strip and the sheer magnitude of the property was stunning. I was carrying a trailer, which presented some challenges, but the staff made the process quick and very easy. I could have stayed on the property for days and not seen everything, but I think that is the point. I am, already, back in Las Vegas right now. Unfortunately, I was not in control of lodging, but I have made arrangements for a number of adventures at The Venetian. Thank you for a lovely time! 27 January 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dont order room service. If you order room service do not plan on having breakfast. I waited 20 minutes and called. Waited another 20 minutes and called again. Waited 10 more minutes and cancelled. Had to go without breakfast. I only ordered oatmeal and coffee. Service was terrible. 27 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Conference in Vegas We stayed in the Venetian because that's where the conference was being held. The suites are lovely and well appointed and maintained. The staff were helpful when we needed them. The WiFi and Internet was very poor with little or no signal in the suite and the signal dropping on a regular basis around the hotel. 26 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience and a Vegas must! The wife and I just finished our latest stay in Las Vegas. We decided to stay at the Venetian since it "recently" became part of the IHG family and we hadn't stayed there before. It was our best visit to Vegas to date. Pros: -Room was clean and well maintained -Excellent amenities and feeling of luxury -Friendly staff (mostly) -Tons to do Cons: -Almost none! -Concierge was a little short with us. My wife and I are in our late 20's/ early 30's and I think he may have judged us a little and in turn didn't give us much consideration on planning our time/experiences while in Vegas. This was the only "bad" experience we had the whole time at the hotel. As someone that has already stayed 11 times at IHG properties this year (22 days in the year so far) I am excited to have another great destination "in the family". 22 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Overall Experience Spent only one night at the resort during a holiday weekend. Even with the front desk being very crowded, the staff moved people along and checked them in quickly and efficiently. The room was very comfortable and clean, it was very quiet during the evening. Furniture was all very nice, and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. A top of the line hotel. 21 January 2015
