Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, large rooms. Needs coffee The only downside, and not something I would have expected from a resort of this level....there was no coffee and/or tea anywhere. I found this a bit strange. I know they are pushing you to go to the shops and spend $5 on a cup of coffee.... 28 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great view The room was a bit of a walk from the elevator, but worth the wait - we had a view directly down on the Mirage "volcano" across the street and could watch that several times each night. I was greeted as a IHG Platinum guest and we felt good about the service we received. 27 August 2014

The bathroom amenties could be better quality however, that is the only slight on an otherwise great experience. The staff at the Venetian are very helpful. 26 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic I had stayed at The Palazzo and the Venetian in Macau and now at the Palazzo in Las Vegas. Came here for 4 days of conference. I have only one word and that is "Fantastic". Although one could get bored walking through the man-made indoor shopping arcade and "casino world" over and over again, you can always visit other entertainment complexes and hotels along the Las Vegas Strip. Restaurant, café, bar and souvenier shops are plentiful. Check-in was initially messy (long queue) but this was quickly overcome. Housekeeping had charged me for an item I did not consume but this was waived by the front desk after my explanation. Look for a room facing the main boulevard. I also got so many discount vouchers for F&B and shops that I could not use it all; so gave it away. I will certainly come again. 23 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious suites and beautiful hotel We stayed in one of the suites at the Venezia and it was beautiful. Checking in and out was very easy. Rooms were very spacious and could fit up to 6 guests. The frustrating thing is that the room is a hike. We had to go through 2 elevators. It took about 10-15min to get from the front desk to the room. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. 21 August 2014

We found the room very luxurious and quite large. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed walking around the Venice shoppes. Overall we had a great experience and definitely would come back. 12 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stunning facilities, comfortable room and excellent service This was a six day trip on our honeymoon where we were looking for a 'wow' hotel. The Venetian did not disappoint. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything looked new not tired. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The resort facilities beyond the casino were endless. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome experience This is one of the most spectacular places we have ever visited. Check in went quickly, and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The bathroom had a large tub, double sink with plenty of counter space and the shower was simply divine! The room as well as the bathroom was spotless. Room service was easy to order and our servers were also extremely friendly and efficient. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. There are way too many restaurants and bars to choose from...and shops! And of course the casino was a lot of fun. We will definitely be returning! 07 August 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TAO Nightclub We received free guest pass to TAO nightclub. We got in but the bouncer/door guy would not stamp our wrist. He ignored my friends and I even though we asked why. Saturday night was so disastrous from the experience at TAO that my friends and I will not be staying there next year. I had no idea what this bouncer's deal was but we have always stayed at the Venetian and enjoyed it and because of one guy and one experience the hotel and the club will lose some business. 03 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Will return as soon as possible! Wow! It was such a treat to stay at the Venetian for part of our honeymoon. All of the staff were outstanding - especially the waiters who brought us breakfast every morning. They pampered us! Our suite had just been redone and it was wonderful. We enjoyed walking the Vegas Strip but really felt so relieved and relaxed just coming back to the Venetian after a day out. The Grand Lux Cafe had great food and we also ate at the food courts and cafes. We didn't dine in any of the signature restaurants but plan to on our next visit. Honestly, we could just stay on the Venetian property and not even leave! Thank you to all of the staff who were so kind to us and made us feel like we were in a boutique hotel instead of being in one of the largest ones in town! 24 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best experience yet in Las Vegas Because I frequently stay at other properties belonging to interContinental Alliance, the front desk manager took the time to greet me and introduce himself to me. Because I travel approximately 40 week a year, I'm very sensitive to how well a hotel is run. Considering the scale of this property and the nature of many travelers (more focus on entertainment than business) the team does an extraordinary good job of maintaining this splendid property. Unique to other properties where I’ve stayed in Las Vegas, for a business traveler, it’s relatively easy to navigate the property without having to negotiate a maze of entertainment areas. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic suite but not my type of crowd While we were in our suite, it was an oasis - large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. But the crowd was not at all what I expected for an InterContinental-affiliated hotel. It was mostly young, loud, drunk people walking through the (otherwise lovely) common areas of the hotel in swimsuits and bare feet. We paid a lot for our room, but I have heard that the hotel offers cheap rooms on the weekends, which I assume explains the crowd of partiers. So if you are looking for a party, this is your place - just hunt around for a cheap rate! If you are not looking for a party, try mid-week or another hotel. 24 July 2014
