The staff remembered his favorite candy and had it waiting in the room for him as well as other gifts left for him throughout our stay. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. Max at concierge was AMAZING! He was helping us with everything from tickets to reservations 2 weeks before our stay. The time and attention he put into making sure our stay was perfect was unbelievable. Comfortable beds and sheets. Great location. We will be back! 28 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 50th Birthday weekend and show Chose this hotel as it was central to everything and so glad we did.. The hotel was amazing as were the staff, could not fault anything. The afternoon tea with champagne was glorious, a must if you stay here. The blue boar smoke house restaurant is lovely, we had breakfast both mornings which was excellent and also dinner one evening, staff, service second to none. We will be returning to this hotel again for sure. 27 February 2014

We had an upgrade so got a superb room with great coffee maker. A totally impressive hotel. The bed was very comfortable as well ! 26 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Another Good stay I booked a Classic room and got upgraded, not sure of the room type (I think superior) we were upgraded to but if we were going to be there for longer than one night I would of asked for a bigger room. The Room was an internal room in the middle of the hotel with a small window overlooking the other side of the Hotel. No window in the bathroom or toilet. Small in comparison to the other rooms we have stayed in that overlooked St James Underground station. Amenities in the room are exactly the same as the other room but as it is a smaller room I feel that it would be ideal for one person. The Bathroom toiletries were a cheaper option Soap made in China! Smelt nice (lemon verbena) but not as nice as the generous sized Molten Brown products of the obviously better rooms. Major problem that we did not experience in the other room(s) is that the shower flooded the bathroom floor (tiled) we used all the towels to mop it up and reported to reception the problem (it must of happened before) we asked reception if they could get housekeeping to put more mats in the bathroom to stop this happening again and they said they would. Needless to say when we returned to the room it had been cleaned up but no extra mats. Result, following morning the same problem water across the bathroom floor from the shower. We did mention it on check out, but again little concern shown by the front desk. It is not a good reflection of a 5 star hotel that nothing happens when it could cause a serious issue. Had this been the first time we stayed at the Westminster it would have been the last. But as we had a trouble free stay before without any bathroom problems we will (I think) stay again. It is a nice hotel in a good location with a lot going for it. 26 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel in great location Stayed in this hotel just after new year with my wife and 4 year old. Previously we have stayed in the Intercontinental Park Lane and I have to stay I much prefer this hotel probably because of the location and the size of the rooms. Only one negative thing to mention from our stay and that is you can constantly smell sewage when you enter or leave the hotel. Apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. 24 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Last minute decision! Decided that we would utilise a stay at the Intercontinental Westminster in conjunction with a business meeting. As ever the the whole process from booking to check out was seemless. Asked the concierge to book us into a show with about 45 minutes to spare. A quick phone call and we probably got the best seats in the house. The Hotel and it's staff lends themselves well to both the location and the standard we now expect of all hotels in the intercontinental brand. The staff as ever are diligent and attentative; nothing is too much trouble. Little touches like knowing a guests name make all the difference. Thank you for a memorable and comfortable experience! 24 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay We stay 1 Night in your Hotel. Your Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We enjoyed the time in the Club Lounge! We arrive late in the evening and we can't enjoy the buffet on the Club Lounge. For Dinner we must Order by your Staff, there we need to wait a bit long, until the serve us the meal. Over all we had a great Experiance in your Hotel 23 February 2014
