Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An extremely satisfying stay My wife and I were staying here on business, but wrapped it into our anniversary get-away, and we were thoroughly pleased on a number of levels. The location of the hotel is central enough to enable easy access to most areas of the city, yet secluded enough that city and traffic noise is not an issue. The staff is super efficient, friendly, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Our room was an upper floor room with an outdoor terrace that provided us with the chance to sit outside and enjoy the evenings. The room was quiet and extremely comfortable, the bathroom large and the amenities perfectly sufficient. The pool and spa facilities were more than satisfying. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, and we look forward to returning again! 21 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Room We arrived at the hotel very early and the staff was so helpful to ready a room for us. The room had been recently remodeled with nice furnishings. The breakfast was well prepared and the buffet had almost anything you would want in the mornings. This hotel is one of the best to date we have stayed at. 17 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Old fashioned Styling The Intercontinental Century City Hotel is a very comfortable hotel. The styling of the hotel and the rooms however is outdated, also on the newly renovated ninth Floor. According to 21st century standards the beds are much too soft. Bottles of water in the rooms should be free of charge. $5,00 for a 1/2 liter bottle of water is absurd. 08 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by comfy beds and beautiful view The hotel had a great view. The room service was prompt and the food was good. my only problem is the valet. If I'm paying that much per day I should be treated like I'm not covered in dirt and wearing rags. The valet was very unfriendly and I rather not tip them anything because they will cringe and give you dirty looks if you give them $2 when I already had to pay $38 for valet a day. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Grumpy and unhelpful staff From the very beginning, we had a bad experience. The valet rushed us as we tried to unload our bags from various areas of our car. He didn't offer to help at all. There were several other hotel staff standing by also that did not offer their help. Upon entering the hotel, we had a few bags and had difficulty opening the door. Again, there were two staff standing close by and they just watched us struggle to open the door. During check-in, the attendant was kind of rude and also rushing. We had to ask what room number we were in, where it was, and where the elevators were - none of this information was given during or at the completion of check-in. The room itself was nice and very comfortable though. My main concern is the staff seemed to not care at all. 07 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are large, clean and quiet. It was also nice to have a separate front desk for IHG since the other desk seemed to always have a queue. The restaurants in the hotel are very good, we really liked the Asian Noodle since you could order take out. The only downside of the hotel is it is a bit of a hike from the parking garage to the front desk. 06 January 2015
