Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic service Great hotel with service that makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I stayed with my wife and 8 year old daughter and we all enjoyed it. You get well looked after with your rewards membership, a big thank you to the staff which made this the best of the 5 hotels we stayed at on this trip to the CA. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet with great views, it was not the most modern of rooms but the hotel is currently updating all it's rooms. We didn't here a door bang shut at all during our stay, something that is very annoying at some hotels. This hotel has the best house keeping out of any we have stayed at and puts others to shame, room was always clean yet we never heard a sound from the house keeping staff (some other intercontinental managers from CA should visit!!!!). The lobby is relaxed and the car that is free to use is a nice touch, all 3 drives we had were friendly and helpful. There aren't any bars/places to eat within a short walk but there is a shopping centre within about a mile with a few things and then some other bars. Check out SmithHouse for a good selection of beer and nice food and it is within the distance that the car will drop you off. The hotel is quiet central to different parts of LA. My only complaint is the price of parking as it is over $30 a night before tax, something the hotel should look at, it could be good for business! May 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Newly renovated, great room and service I was pleased to learn when I arrived at the guestrooms at this property had been newly renovated. I was lucky enough to be given a balcony room and had a fabulous view over the Beverly Hills area. The room was very comfortable, with a soft bed, well stocked minibar, brand-new TV, and comfortable workstation. The front desk staff were also great. April 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lush and Lovely Too bad I only was able to stay one night. Each staff member treated me like a queen. I was given tea and yogurt with fresh fruit while I waited for my room. The woman in the reception room was so nice and attentive. Whomever she is, give her a raise! On to the room. It smelled so clean. The sheets were so comfy I slept like a baby. The bathroom was spotless. Thank you. I will stay here again. April 23, 2015
