We love staying at the hotel. THis time did tours of UCLA and USC. Perfect location for colleges, mall, shopping and great eating. Oscar at the front desk is a gem of a staffer!!!!

I just somehow lost my earlier review so here it is again.
For years we have stayed in the best accomodations in this part of LA and the Intercontinental is our, hands down, favorite. The staff is simply wonderful - makes it feel like home away from home. Always friendly and professional service and our favorite room type is roomy, gracious and reasonably priced. Thank you Intercontinental. We look forward to returning.

i have stay in this hotel many times, and always is a good time. the only thing is the bretfast buffet is not very good. the air coondition is direct in top of the bed is i had sick. also when they clean the rooms they do not take the trash

you are charge for everything including coffee. No refrigerator for the milk for the children. No free breakfast, for a high end hotel you even charge fot the enternet. common

The value you get at the price here is amazing. We had a spectacular room with a sun deck with both a view of the Hollywood sign and the ocean. The bed was soooooo comfortable and the staff very friendly.
I'll definitely be staying here again when I'm in LA!

I hate Los Angeles but this lovely hotel softens the blow. Staff is friendly and easy going and casual yet efficient and courteous. If for some unfortunate reason you must travel to this armpit of a city, do stay at this lovely hotel!

This has become my go-to hotel in LA. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is polite, professional and always sensitive to my needs. In addition, it's location has always been one of convenience as my business takes me all over the city.

i always stay at inter, but this one was really terrible! location is very bad where nothing is close to you. meaning you have to use your car everytime you want to go out. then they charged me 36$ for each day i parked my car in although i am a platinum member and gold ambassador member which really made me upset. receptionists they dont smile i dont know why and the room view was on warehouse which was odd for room upgrade. i really hate it and wont go there again

My complaints for my room not being properly cleaned and missing amenities were not honored because Fabrice, the manager, thought I was "complaining to recoup the pet fee" I was charged and therefore I did not receive the requested items. In addition, I told Alec, the manager, the next morning and he wtold me what Fabrice told him. Overall, very stressful experience and very poor customer service from "Customer Service Managers". The upholstery on the patio furniture was shocking and embarrassing because I had my girlfriend with me. See pictures

The monent I pulled up to this hotel, I knew I was in for a treat and I couldnt have been more right on. The hotel was absolutely stunning, in a terrific area - mile away from beverly Hills, near the mall, less than 3 miles to West Hollywood; the staff directed me to a great place to grab a later dinner that I could not have been more pleased with; offered me a complimentary ride there in their courtesy vehicle (a mercedes benz); a bell boy carried my luggage to the room; the room itself was extremely nice and had a gorgeous view with a balcony. I did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the workout facilities or the spa, but if I was to be in the area again I would definitely stay here and check it out.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely pleased!

We stayed for our cousin's wedding. The wedding rate was reasonable, the room was sizable and the patio was a bonus. But the truly best part of the hotel was the staff. Andrew and the rest of the staff at the concierge were phenomenal, They helped us get comfortably, conveniently, and timely into Beverly Hills, helped us store and serve a birthday cake to the bride, . . .and always with a smile. The front desk managed to get a fax out when the recipient was being problematic. All in all the service couldn't have been better.

This is a fantastic hotel, not far from some tourist attractions. The service is great, the room is big and full of amenities.
The only area that I think requires improvement is the Valet Parking. The group of people is really good, but sometimes is difficult for them to manage the congestion of traffic, specially if ther is an event in the Hotel. I would like to suggest a traffic management plan to avoid this kind of issues.

Excellent visit. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Note the rooms are a little "tired" and the furniture can use updating. I definitely would return to the property. An excellent value.

This was our 5th visit to the InterContinental and, as always, it was a wonderful experience. We always enjoy the hotel's amenities and facilities but the staff makes it all the more memorable. We are always pleased to recommend this hotel to our friends and we will continue to stay there when we visit Los Angeles.

Front desk staff was very rude and unattentive. Valet was also slow, had to wait over 30 minutes each of the 3 days we stayed there.
