Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable but lacking service My biggest complaint was that we were checking in at 3:20 and our room wasn't ready. We waited in the lobby till 3:40 because housekeeping was confirming our room was ready. They confirmed that check in was supposed to be at 3:00. That night at bed time, we pulled out the couch and the bed wasn't made up. Housekeeping had to come and do it at 9:30 pm. When I complained to the front desk the next morning, there was a trite apology but no effort to rectify the situation. While the hotel was comfortable and clean, the service was lacking this time. We frequently have to stay overnight in hotels in LA but we'll try a different one next time. 25 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brilliant staff ! We were impressed by the staff's professionalism and careful attitude (the reception, consierge-desk, welcome, the restaurant,porters). I am sorry, I forgot a name of the reception clerk who helped us. maybe Garin). Thanks a lot to him and another reception clerk Irina, Julia on the restaurant welcome as well. Good location. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by An extremely satisfying stay My wife and I were staying here on business, but wrapped it into our anniversary get-away, and we were thoroughly pleased on a number of levels. The location of the hotel is central enough to enable easy access to most areas of the city, yet secluded enough that city and traffic noise is not an issue. The staff is super efficient, friendly, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Our room was an upper floor room with an outdoor terrace that provided us with the chance to sit outside and enjoy the evenings. The room was quiet and extremely comfortable, the bathroom large and the amenities perfectly sufficient. The pool and spa facilities were more than satisfying. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, and we look forward to returning again! 21 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Room We arrived at the hotel very early and the staff was so helpful to ready a room for us. The room had been recently remodeled with nice furnishings. The breakfast was well prepared and the buffet had almost anything you would want in the mornings. This hotel is one of the best to date we have stayed at. 17 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Old fashioned Styling The Intercontinental Century City Hotel is a very comfortable hotel. The styling of the hotel and the rooms however is outdated, also on the newly renovated ninth Floor. According to 21st century standards the beds are much too soft. Bottles of water in the rooms should be free of charge. $5,00 for a 1/2 liter bottle of water is absurd. 08 January 2015
