Quite a well organized pick-up of passengers from the airport. It is always reassuring to know that there will be a shuttle at the airport to transport you to the hotel especially for flights that arrive late in the evenings.

I had a very good stay in this property although there are quite a few things to be corrected: first of all, there are missing points as I was credited less than must have been credited. The ratio is 20 points per Dollar spent.
The desktop computer in the Club Lounge must be upgraded as the versión of the Microsoft IE browser is old.
Finally, the Business Center has to honour elite members that Internet charges are waived

Visited Lusaka again on a business trip. Second time i have stayed at this property and as usual, excellent service, comfortable clean room, happy and friendly staff who always make you feel welcome.

The hotel is conveniently located in Lusaka. Ideal for business trips. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the duvets and pillows are too big and hard for my taste. The staff is very service minded and friendly from the reception to room cleaning and the restaurants. The in-house Italian restaurant is my favorite. The log-in procedures for the internet is a bit cumbersome and should be simplified.

i HAPPENED TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY KNEE AND WAS ASSISTED AT ALL THE AIRPORTS THAT I USED ON THIS TRIP. DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING IN LUSAKA MY HOSTS DID NOT COLLECT ME AT THE AIRPORT AND I USED YOUR SHUTTLE. ON MY ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL, A MANNED WHEEL CHAIR WAS WAITING FOR ME UNSOLICITED. ON ENQUIRING HOW THEY KNEW I HAD A PROBLEM I WAS ADVISED THAT THE SHUTTLE DRIVER HAD CALLED AFTER I ENTERED THE VEHICLE TO ASK THE TO PROVIDED ASSISTANCE
THIS WAS AGAIN UNSOLICITED.
