Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by In other hotels they welcome customers with a glass of juice This is a warm welcome after traveling a long distance a glass of juice is something on cherish. On the other hand, welcome visitors to the rooms and teach them how to use facilities in the room. Don't take it for granted, there are others who find themselves in such hotels because of work and don't know how to operate such facilities 20 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another excellent stay Having stayed in this hotel each time I have visited Lusaka the standard stays very high, particularly the attitude of all the staff to guests. My only negative comment would be that the bathroom fixtures need refurb. 18 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and friendly staff This is quite comfortable, safe and convenient property, with friendly staff. The property is by no means luxurious: the elevator, rooms and common areas look a bit dated and sometimes shabby. The food is good enough, with the exception of a very high quality Italian restaurant. Service in the restaurants can sometimes be slow but it is always attentive and eager to help. 11 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great complementary services I was amazed by the range of services you offer to residents guest. However, complementary services should be clearly spelled out to members. Guest need to guided about the min bars in the guest room. I didn't touch them cause there were no clear guidelines and price charges. Overall, you exceeded my expectation and classy. 29 July 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Duty Managers I extended my stay twice and in each incident my room was blocked until I swiped my card. The way it was handled by two separate duty managers was insulting and rude. It could have been handled better. The response I got was this is our policy take it or leave it. That is not the way you treat a platinum and ambassador member. Anyway I will use Intercontinental in other countries but not Lusaka, Zambia 08 July 2014
