The overall stay was was quite comfortable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Would surely recommend this hotel among my fried circle.
The hotel, however, needs to improve on the sound proofing in the guest rooms; speed of the elevators also needs to be looked into - they surely take a fair bit of time.

I liked customer service tried to provide always helping and he inviting me to be member
only i was disturbing something from elevators and people outside

I regularly stay in this hotel where it is located in a good area and spacious rooms and a warm welcome from the staff and delicious food.
In the last stay a problem occured however in this stay I found that the staff were more responsible and caring and I thank all the staff and special thanks to the General Manager.

the staff were friendly
the food was great
the room is spacious
I Checked In and my accommodation was in suite number 610. As long as I entered the suite I noticed a very unpleasant smell in the suite. Moreover, it's obvious that the housekeeping didn't pay any effort to clean the suite at all for instance, there are leftovers from the previous guest in the wardrobe and on the couches. In addition, the toilet is very disgusting and there are remains of dirt on the sink. The kitchen floor is vey horrible as the dirt and garbage is all over the floor.
i moved in to another suite
I am truly disappointed and shocked by the level of cleaning in the hotel. Is this how you value a Royal Ambassador Member??

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was great. I met the Chef , who is definately one of the best. The restaurant manager is a master at customer service. The rooms were cleaned on time, there was even space in the car park for my car. I understand the bathrooms in the hotel are going to be renovated as they are a little dated. Everybody was reasonably happy at the hotel and I was met with a smile. Overall a good experience.

My last stay was in 2011
They renovated the furniture & the carpets with new ones.
Breakfast was great but the internet connection was slightly slow.
Also their is a parking problem in the facility but the person who made my check in was really helpful by fixing this problem.
