Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable room the room is comfortable clean and wide. the problem was the noise due to the renovation job in the hotel. yet the reservation manager Mr. Emad called us and gave the apology for the inconvenience due to this renovation and invited us (me and my mother) to have a lunch at the hotel restaurant. this was very nice way from the hotel management to acknowledge the guest complain and try to make it up. thank you 07 December 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 My stay in in Early Nov. 2014 Extreme inconvenience for long periods of time during the day and until after 6 Pm caused by repairs in the hotel. Despite change in room twice, the change request was based on my request and not by the hotel staff. The hotel did not even bother to ask me if I do not mind the inconvenience. Loss of a personal file because the hotel staff during the change rooms. And the follow-up to find the file came from me personally and not from the hotel to search for the file. The file was found after almost 36 hours. I had to keep calling and asking front desk to find the file. The hotel never call me back or update me about the file while staying in the hotel Bath robe was dirty after check in. Robe had noticeable human hair. 18 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by turnover of hospitality i had stayed few years ago in the same hotel, and compared with the recent stay in 22-24 oct, it was a great pleasure and satisfaction and complete turnover of the services i found less than adequat back in 2012. during my stay the staff had celebrated 10 years of IHG ambassador program which they share with all members and it was extremely hospitable and gracious, in addition, the room service was exquisit and exceeded expectation a one can think off. simply the medinah IH Dar Al IMAN has reminded me with a great extent of the reason why i am greatly pleased to join IH royalty membership. i promised myself to write this review, wishing all the best for the guest relation and the staff in IH Dar Al IMAN the best as i am sure they are a significant part of the IH success. thank you 29 October 2014
