Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Don't use their in-house taxi (limousine) service Overall, the hotel and staff was excellent. The included breakfast was a bit narrow on selections. The biggest disappointment was booking a taxi (limousine) through the hotel for getting back to Jeddah's airport. The driver got lost and we almost missed our flight. 03 November 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Slow and bad service and dairty food I'm a Royal Ambassador. The hotel is getting old and you can see that. The staff and service are not reflecting a five start hotel. Food is dirty and not healthy. Flies everywhere and I found many flies in the food ( see photo attached). The food selection in restaurant is limited and not healthy. Staff in the restaurant are untrained and have no idea what they are doing. The only advantage of this hotel is location, if you need a better service and a clean hotel go to other hotels nearby. 01 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my favorite hotel in Makkah i'm a frequent traveler in Makkah because of my business there but this hotel is the best really. perfect location, good food , clean , friendly reception , helpful concierge, nice welcome for my ambassador card every time much better than the previous one and all the 5 star services are there without going out like haircut and shaving service and professional massage , i like the room bathroom after renovation, club lounge is very good but hope to see haram. 15 October 2014
