Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by standard drop Only at average score of Staff and Service given was due to one bad experience, after all, most of the staff is great ! I invited my supplier to hv discussion in club lounge at around 3pm+, during discussion, your staff come to inform me that hg tea ( I guess ) will be end, unfortunately I though is going to start as I was concentrate in discussion, therefore I invited my supplier to join us for the hg tea. However I only notice when I saw few cake leftover and they are doing the cleaning, but I can't stop my supplier to consume .. he took 2 pcs of cake and a can of soft drink, thats all. After my supplier left, I tried to experience and negotiate with the counter staff to ask for complementary for my supplier as he consume the leftover due to misunderstood, your staff agreed that but the way she told me and her action make me feel bad. She told me : for this time only, next time I'll charge you !! with that kind of action that like I'm bagger for free meal !! In fact she can just tell me no problem sir with a sweet smiling, that will make me more comfortable right ? I have no problem to pay but thinking my guest not really consume, for long term business, I think you should train your staff be more flexible. The main entrance warm welcome make a good credit, even the ground floor check-in counter are much better than the club floor. 10 September 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Health Center or Gym I went to your gym on a Thus evening 10pm. It was a bad experience, I told the counter girl that I am a house guest & wanted to use the Sauna. The guy show me to the mens room but did not provided me a locker key until I ask for it. When I ask for a towel, I need to wait for more than 5 mins to get a towel & in the mean time no one care to tell me that they need to get from Housekeeping. This is a 1st time I went into a Health center that I must ask locker key & towel & still have to wait. Very bad experience C K Ong 09 September 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 First timer in Manila The location is most suitable for business travellers as the hotel is in the heart of CBD. The stay was comfortable but I found the breakfast menu to be too repetitive and the quality of food was low so i preferred to eat out than an Restaurants in hotel. 08 September 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Most friendly staff We booked club floor and were frankly disappointed with the quality ad choice of evening snacks, a bit disappointing at least. The staff through the whole hotel made up for this though, really everybody from entering the hotel to the bellboys, reception, maids, club staff, all were very attentive and friendly ! 04 September 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by King side bed room not available upon arrival I booked King Size Bed Room through my reservation. However, upon check-in I was told that there wasn't any of suh room left, so that I had to choose to stay in either a Double Bed room or a Smoking King Bed room. This was not right, as when I made the reservation I explicitly selected King Size Bed room over Double Bed room. I asked them to investigate the reason and give me an explanation and solution, but the hotel manager literally told me the same story that there was such room left and no upgrade they were willing to give me either. The font desk staff even asked me how them proves that I did book a king size bed room, which was a very bad experience. 03 September 2014
