Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff Among the hotel we stayed for our family vacation. I recommend you to stay in Hotel Intercon because you can feel the warm welcome of the staff here. They provided all our needs and very friendly in all our request :) Our family enjoyed the pool. Thanks for a wonderful experience staying in your hotel. We will definitely go back. The location is also perfect which is just beside the mall and fast food chains. 25 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Feeling at home First of all it is my favourite hotel series, Most of my visits to manila were into this hotel,,, so my comments will be some what comparison to the previous visits along 2 yrs period,, 1- The hotel as know is an old property however it is very well maintained and some renovations running when needed. 2- All time i was greeted too much however, this time i didn't feel the same as before i don't have any idea why ,,, 3- The receptionists were so much less than usual in giving warm welcome i think because of the new staff or the old staff has issues? u can imagine all of my breakfast i tools them in the jeepney restaurant instead of having it in the lounge level 14... 4- The rest of areas were so much great and trying to anticipate my needs. anyways i still believe in the intercontinental series especially the makati hotel because of the services and location. 5- I hope the renovation of the beds, Lenin and the towels should be taken seriously and should be asap..things are so much worn out.. thanks for all staff in this property for their care and loyalty. thanks again for the concierge and security people. thanks for the Jeepney restaurant...... 25 August 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 poor services and faciltiy The overall was good but : 1. The swimming pool was very dirty. 2. One night I found myself with no towels in the room. 3. The concierge is giving all the excuses in the world but can not do his job (Every time i need a taxi - i had to wait 45 minutes). 4. The loyality program is very unclear and very hard to understand what Im getting for when im being loyal. 24 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Visit to Manila in August '14 I have been regularly staying at the intercom in Manila for the past 35 years. Think that says a lot in itself. Have stayed at other hotels in Manila but always come back to you. Important thing for me is that if my wife is happy then so am I. She feels at home in the Intercon. Very nice surprise was when we invited some friends to join us for drinks in the Club and found out it was their 25th wedding anniversary that day. We mentioned it to the staff & were really taken back when a little while later they brought a cake to our table. Made every body feel happy. Thank you. 24 August 2014
