Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room & Gym Bed not comfortable and was given a smoking room initiative until i had to go back to the Receptionist to demand a non-smoking room. The Gym room is very run down, the gym machines are very old. 14 October 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable Room The room initially assigned was a double bedded room which proved very uncomfortable. The windows were very dirty and the bed linen very threadbare and thin with uncomfortable pillows. The internet was shocking to say the least. On the pro side, the staff were very good and tried hard to rectify the situation. A new room was assigned which was much better but the bed cover was still very thin. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing for an Intercontinental Hotel brand +Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend and got triple upgraded to a Suite due to my ambassador status (which I just purchased/upgraded upon check in) +Suite was very spacious, with a massive dining table for 8 (?),yet the toilet/bath area was too compact +Staff was generally very friendly and some were helpful +Breakfast was good with a great spread +Great location around the main malls in Makati -The hotel is generally worn out and really is in need of a facelift. -Rooms feel old and used with stains on the carpet and sofa and there was a stale stench in the corridor outside -Check in and Check out took way too long 07 October 2014
