Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best hotel we've stayed so far We stayed for 2 nights in Intercontinental Manila and we were so overwhelmed with the friendly staff. From the receptionist (might I say Ayen Palma was very helpful and quick from check-in to check-out) to our bell man and room attendants, all of them were very courteous and friendly. The waiters from Jeepney restaurant were all accommodating. They even helped me get the food that we wanted to eat and assisted me and my baby. We've been through most Intercontinental hotels internationally but still the one in Manila is the most memorable one! Thank you Intercontinental Manila for welcoming us :) 08 December 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Club Lounge, Room Robe and Bath Towels This property needs some of improvements 1. They must either expand the club lounge or not to over subscribe it. If I had known that the club lounge will be that crowded, I would never subscribe. For your information, I received an email from the hotel asking me to upgrade my room from deluxe to a club room for an extra of 2,800 pesos and I accepted for two room. I booked two rooms under my name and we only used the lounge once and we were standing up as there were no seats available to sit. I was going to demand full refund of the extra charge for the club lounge upgrade, but, I did not. 2. They must get new towels 3. The room robe was very much over used. So they need to get new robes This is my first time that I complain about an intercontinental property. I'm sorry, I had to. 06 December 2014
