Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Everything Just Right I have stayed at the Intercontinental in Manila many times over the last 10-years, and I keep coming back here. I am usually a late traveler, so arriving at the hotel at 11:30pm it is nice to see everything has been arranged as I asked for and I can literally walk to my room have a shower and go to sleep. On this last trip my wife arrived earlier in the afternoon and she was greeted with friendliness by the staff. It was her first time to stay at the Manila Intercontinental but I was pleased she told me everything was ready when she checked in. We will keep coming back in the future. 25 March 2015

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach ideal, da alles in ein paar Schritten erreicht werden kann. Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein und sollten dringend erneuert werden. 25 March 2015

Miss Henne was particularly helpful and I would like to commend her for outstanding customer service. Front desk was also very helpful always. If anything the curtains in my room need changing, they were looking used. 25 March 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by クラブラウンジ 滞在中表でぎっく���腰を おこしてしまいホテルに帰ってきて 部屋に入ろうとしたら一般の方々のチェックアウト 時間を過ぎていたためか午後2時半頃) カードキーが使用不可に… 近くにいたハウスキーピングに 尋ねた所フロントに行く用にと 連れの肩に支えられないと歩けない中 やっと14階へクラブスタッフは 助けが必要ですかと何度も聞いてくださいました ただあの状況で歩くのと チェックアウトの16時に荷物を整理するのが 大変つらっかったです!! クラブスタッフの方々ありがとうございました 15分でもチェックアウトを伸ばしてもらえばよかった! 21 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Manila trip a success in part because of Intercontinental Hotel My trip to Manila proved to be a success. The Intercontinental hotel played a part as this was our meeting spot for many meetings. The hotel is known by most in Manila and the staff was overly warm and professional. I down rated my sleep for two reason's, first, my jet lag was awful, no fault of the hotel. The second was that my room's air con was difficult to control and the room stayed very cold even though I tried to control. I ended shutting off the A/C. Perhaps this system needs an upgrade as the thermostat seemed outdated by today's standards. 21 March 2015
