Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by home away Intercontinental Manila has developed a service quality which is above standards. The quality of the management and staff make you feel at home whatever be the duration of your stay . a great service with a smile , thats what Intercon is . A beautiful ship sailing in the heart of Makati . 16 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome staff but rooms need overhaul I give their staff 5 stars for being very helpful, friendly, and accommodating during our entire stay. However, the rooms and lobbies badly need a face lift. They've looked quite outdated. The room was small, the bed was too uncomfortable for the back, and the pool was too cold we couldn't enjoy swimming at all. We tried dipping in the pool twice, once at 330PM and the next day around 11AM. Same experience for both times, plus the noise from the adjacent Ayala highway was a bit distracting. Some good points during our stay: Very attentive and helpful Valet service. The body pillow and extra comforter they gave us were really comfortable. The toiletries smelled really good, too. And the room service allowed us to have some food we brought reheated. 13 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything I expected from Intercontinental, and more. I have visited Intercontinental Hotels in Dubai and other cities and it has long been my intention to stay for a few nights in the Intercontinental in Manila. This hotel is the epitome of luxury to me and I was not disappointed. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We did get a double upgrade to a Junior Suite and my only complaint would be in the description; this was in fact just a large room, not really a suite. 12 April 2015
