I stayed at this property and I had a great time. Food was great, bar area awesome. Service incredible. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I was really impress. I would consider this hotel for my next trip to Maracaibo.

I have been a client in this hotel in the past and my experience have been always great. However, they recently raised the price for the nights, and being one of the most expensive hotels in the area I would expect better quality with some things. I had some problems:
1. In the first place, I ordered some room service and it took to long to bring the food to my room, they said it would take 25 minutes, and in practice was like an hour. In addition, the food they brought was not what I have ordered, I signed the bill just because I was in a hurry to a meeting (for which I was late). I did not appreciate this treatment at all.
2. When I made the check-out I ask the concierge to bring / hold a package to a friend that was staying in the hotel too, I gave my name, room number and my friend's room number and cellphone number. To my surprise they NEVER contacted nor delivered the package and she went out of the country a few days later.
Those were my two main issues with my stay during that weekend, which I think they are NOT acceptable given the price of the Hotel.
Other than that, the room was very comfortable and the quality of my sleep was great. Breakfast was very good and I got my extended stay for being a IHG Rewards Gold Member. The people was very kind, in general, but I think they should remind the members the benefits of being a IHG reward club member.

I had a really bad experience in the hotel as the wi fi DOES NOT WORK even the hotel provided a ruter, is really bad services.
Front desk is a mix of people who are really kind and others who are more worried about what to do after work than provide solutions to the guests.
Room service came late, they brought the food but...the drink?? they forgot to bring the coke...that 45 minutes later they dropt...
I asked for a hamburger with jam and cheese, room service brought hamburguer with onions/mushrooms and cheese...
Hotel expensive, food expensive but poor quality of services

The room was very confortable and clean. This hotel is a new construction. Restaurant food was very good, local taste and diferent options. Bar is a nice place, seems to be open to the public. Pool area was very clean. Not to much activities near the hotel, but with a taxi you can get in 15 minutes to local restaurants and party areas.
Wireless connection is free which is good compared to other Intercontinental Hotels (Like Miami Downtown)
I will stay here again if I have the oportunity to visit Maracaibo.

Great location, superb rooms, great ambiance but average people for check-in. It's a shame. Restaurants are good and lobby bar excelent.

Good day, I wanted to keep them aware of the drawbacks to my arrival
Check in was very slow, apparently despite having no rooms booking after 20 minutes, was that they decided to give me a suite.
At the same there was no water, after several calls and over 60 minutes gave us, as luck ran with sofa bed, despite the calls came to lay him, why my brother put a tube blanket and sleep with a pillow.
The bell staff was very friendly and their attention was faultless.
My arrival was yesterday, annex my reservation. The room number is 226
It is unfortunate that in this hotel happen this kind of inconvenience
these comments were sent to the hotel on Fri August 30th, at the moment I have not received a response
