Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wow!!! Beautiful hotel and excellent service! Loved it, stayed here for three nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The suite was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. This is by far the nicest Intercontinental that we have stayed at! The Clarins spa was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were all very helpful and courteous, thanks to Sofia and Ranzi. Location is perfect for a visit in the old port area of Marseille. Will definitely be back to stay again!! August 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hôtel magnifique Globalement, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, la chambre et les services. Malheureusement, à notre arrivée il y avait une erreur sur la réservation, puis dans la chambre, peu de produits d'accueil (salle de bain) car prévu pour une personne au lieu de 2. La poubelle de la salle de bain était cassée. L'accueil au SPA très agréable. A la piscine, le soir vers 18h il n'y avait plus d'eau et il restait de nombreux linges sales. Par contre, le lendemain matin tout était parfait. Au restaurant (le Bar le Capian), le repas était bon mais pas inoubliable, le personnel très agréable. Par contre, la musique n'était pas vraiment adaptée à une ambiance bar d'hotel. Nous avons contacté le service concierge pour demander les horaires d'ouverture de la poste (en face de l'hôtel) mais personne n'a pu nous répondre. Nous avons finalement trouvé nous-même en faisant une recherche sur le net en moins de 2 minutes. Le petit-déjeuner était un peu décevant comparé à l'an passé. Les pan cakes n'étaient pas chauds et ne sont pas fait maison, ce qui est un peu décevant pour un hotel de ce type. August 20, 2015

Excellent petit déjeuner. Sans doute un peu plus de diversité dans la carte Brasserie serait bienvenue Note globale 4,7/5 August 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by overall feeling Great property, beautiful building nevertheless, we had a long check in process, room was not the one we booked. Had the impression staff were not up to speed and the whole process looked a bit messy. Cold atmosphere and not really friendly staff at the bar. I spend around 150 nights per year in 4 and 5 stars hotel, so i know what should be the standard of this kind of hotel, and the experience we had was quite far from many others we had in the past in other hotel chains.
