If you expect the standards that you are used to with the Intercontinental brand avoid this property so you don't lose respect for the brand like I have! Rude staff, outdated room, outdated building, outdated style. This hotel was a disgrace!

Tuve los inconvenientes y no fueron solucionados y la recepcionista no me puso nada de atención falta de cortesía hacia el huésped, pero seguiré llegando al hotel, por un funcionario no esta en juego la empresa.

Personal muy amable, listo y atento a las necesidades. Habitación confortable, limpia y en excelente estado. Cama muy cómoda. Hay servicio gratuito de transporte a los centros comerciales. El desayuno es muy bueno. Falta más diversidad en la comida para almuerzo y cena.
