    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Too noisy The room has a minute balcony which faces onto the atrium. Noise seems to reverberate upwards from the bar/restaurant until late at night and from early in the morning. This and a lack of fresh air meant multiple poor nights sleep. About time the hotel included wifi free as part of any room stay. Australia is behind the times in this respect. I did not need to be told upon check-in that having free wifi was somehow a privilege that I would normally pay for. Found the check-in person arrogant. 24 November 2014

Arrived after a near 13 hour train journey from Sydnet, yes the train was late, tried to get a taxi whose driver said we could walk the two blocks to the hotel. Until my wife informed him what service is. Upon our arrival the smiling doorman helped us with our luggage and ushered us to the desk where we were greeted by two lovely ladies who proceeded to check us in. After arriving in our room 903 our stay was pure heaven . For 5 days it was wonderful, dining in the restaurant or in the room could not be faulted. Every request was promptly answered and satisfied . I would like to really thank Cliff the doorman, for always greeting us as we were leaving or returning from shopping with a great smile and pointing us in the right direction. He should be cloned and perhaps the clones could become taxi drivers that would do a lot for tourism in the city. I cannot think of any accolade that would indicate our experience with you , but all I can say that this hotel exceeds all expectations . Thank you. 24 November 2014
