Except for the paper thin walls and the filthy bedsheets, the InterContinental Presidente, in Sante Fe Mexico would have become my go to hotel. Unfortunately, these two things are tough to get past.

I returned to this hotel after my experience the first time around. As expected, the experience was the same as the first time. Thus, it says a lot about consistency and the level of care for their guests. Keep up the great work!

I stayed at the InterContinetal Presidente Santa Fe for one night during my business travel. The staff is very professional and take ownership of the situations at hand. I was greeted upon arrival, and the friendliness of the entire staff is impressive. As a rewards member I was given additional perks upon check in.
The entire hotel is very clean; the lobby area and rooms are very elegant. The beds are very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel to the point that I already made my reservations for next week's travel.

Siempre que me hospedo en Intercontinental Santa Fé disfruto de una hospitalidad a toda prueba en unas instalaciones impecables. La calidad de los alimentos es notable. En mi último viaje me hospedé en un piso bajo y extrañé la vista de los pisos superiores. Tuve algunos vecinos de habitación bastante ruidosos y desconsiderados, pero entiendo eso no es responsabilidad del hotel. Mi única sugerencia es que ofrezcan mayor variedad de almohadas. Las que tienen son demasiado duras para mi y eso afectó mi calidad de sueño.
Por supuesto que en mi próxima visita al DF me hospedaré con ustedes. Hacen un excelente trabajo.

yo soy parte de esta gran ciudad caotica , que es el df, aun asi las noches de hospedaje en pt interc... campos eliseos y mario pani son increibles, no obstante su ubicacion, renombre ,lo relajado y el mejor trato que pueda recibir, ya sea igual en pt cancun o pt ixtapa no me puedo quejar, estoy casado con la cadena hotelera.

Ya me había alojado aquí y la experiencia había sido francamente mala. Pero en esta segunda ocasión realmente me hicieron sentir como un intruso, ladrón o algo parecido. Sólo porque estaba demasiado cansado no me fui.
Llegué en la noche y dejé mi habitación PAGADA porque al día siguiente saldría muy temprano. Llegué a mi habitación y media hora después tocaron a mi puerta. Entró una mucama para decirme que iba a cerrar mi servibar (eran más de las 11:00 de la noche). Al día siguiente, cuando desperté, quise prepararme un café y se lo habían llevado. Un hotel como el presidente intercontinental, SIN CAFÉ, porque habían mandado quitármelo a las 11:00 de la noche, ya que no había dejado un Boucher abierto.... INCREIBLE.
Le pregunté a la señorita del frontdesk unos minutos después, al hacer mi checkout, por qué habían hecho eso y simplemente me dijo que si quería, "ahí" tenían café....
Hago cientos de miles de puntos con HIG al año, no puedo todavía creer que permitan este tipo de situaciones. No vuelvo más... la primera vez que llegué ahí fue pésimo, pero tontamente había olvidado lo malo que había sido, la segunda vez fue un error de mi parte llegar ahí, no habrá una tercera.

Siempre que visito la ciudad de Mexico para negocios en el área de SantaFe me hospedo en el presidente, y simplemente el costo beneficio es grandioso.
Desde el personal que te recibe hasta la comodidad de las camas.
La vista es de fotografía.
Cenar en el Palm es exquisito.

-Every Day I need to go down to make my room key works
- One day I had to call lobby personel asking to change the bedclothes because they forget to do it during the roon cleaning.
- The elevator is crazy an unbelievable, apparentelry is so hi tech, but everytime when I need to look for another floor, I need to leave the elevator and wait for another .....
- 40us dllr just for a bottle of water & one candy) , and supposedly I receive one free bottle of water. at leats in other IHG Hotels they alway give a free bottle of water(chicago, DR, NL, Argentina, etc)
- the hotel offers a free fruit beverage in the loby but I thing they put the water in the morning and leave there the all day, because in the afternoon the taste of the water is so bad because this beverage needs to ve under refrigeration.....
Very bad experiece I will never stay againg in this hotel
the price I payed did not deserve what I received and also I will never recoemend this hotel.

Horrible services and staff poor knowledge on hotel policies. A day later after I checked in, the mechanical system of the window blind fell on the floor while housekeeping tasks.. I was not in the room when that happened. However, when I got back at the end of the day, the reception desk had left a courtesy note in the room informing about the incident and that they would need to move me to another room as an apology since the maintenance personnel would need a day to fix the issue and install the blind system back into place. The staff at the front desk clearly indicated that nothing would change as far as the rate goes but 2 days later when I called the front desk to inquiry about other issues I was told that I would be charged an additional fee for having requesting an upgraded. I was so furious of their lack of integrity and deceiving actions. I told them I never requested any upgrade and that it was them who had requested me to move to another rooms there will be plenty of time for their maintenance personnel to repair whatever was needed without having the guest present in the room.
Another issue that occurred - had ordered a simple beverage through room service which took over 1 hour. I had assumed they forgot about it since it never arrived within the 20 minutes as promised. As I was preparing to go to bed, room service was knocking on the door, I said it was too late and refused to take the order but was told I still have to pay it regardless.
Honestly, this hotel truly disappointed me at all levels. I have been extremely loyal to this brand for almost 20 years but after this experience I decided to explore other options elsewhere.

Hospedarse en el Intercontinental de Santa Fe es muy comfortable, su personal es calido y amable y las habitaciones de primera. Quizas lo que habría que mejorar es el room service, no siempre la calidad de los alimentos va en correspondencia a los precios.

Para mi novio y una servidora, que trabajamos en la zona metropolitana con un acelere de todo tipo, es un lugar de retiro y descanso que no solo relaja, sino la esfera mísma del sitio nos parece romántico y ameno. Por supuesto, sumo la vista genial.

I'm currently staying at this hotel, and this is my 18th night here since November. I love the room, the bed, the views and the overall comfort. However, there's some minor details that bother me:
- Every day, between 5 and 8pm, I receive a call to my room asking how's everything. It's really intrusive. A couple of times I was sleeping and it really upset me.
- In the last two days, I've had someone knock on my door in the evening "just to check if the room had been cleaned up". Today, this person knocked at 9:15pm, when I was already trying to sleep. I don't think this is good service at all. There should be ways to control if the cleaning ladies have done their job better than this.
- The gym: I use it almost daily and the maintenance is not great. One day there was no drinking water. Today there were no towels. The sauna (I learned how to turn it on by myself since no one is ever there) doesn't warm up even after 40 minutes one.

Awesome place, great service, the only thing I did not love is that you are requested to sign a format every time you visit the club, if you have clearance for that please is kind of annoying that the personel chases you if you go out without signing, I understand is because of the location of the club, in some other places is located in an exclusive floor and works better. Anyway, I really enjoyed the stay.

This was my third time at the Presidente Santa Fe Intercontinental. It was different, I had better experiences in the past. During my stay all five days around 7:30 am I felt that my door was being open by someone. I got worried the first day because I was getting out of the bathroom and I had to rush to get myself cover with clothes. The second day same thing, but the third day I was prepared by the time that someone try to open the door, I asked why she was opening my door daily, she said that was checking for occupancy, so I notice she was part of the hotel staff. Now I have a concern, I think the hotel should have a good computer system that can keep track of the occupancy, unless the staff was auditing the system. If that is the case is understandable but hey!, why doing it at 7:30 am when I am getting ready to go out. I am getting dress or taking a shower when I got interrupted. It is not comfortable that this occurred during this last stay.
I got a call from the front desk to find out if my stay has been comfortable so far around the 2nd day of my stay there, I explained that someone was coming to my door at 7:30 am to check for occupancy which was not nice at all, the front desk staff said: I will take of it but this continue going on until I left the hotel. I did not understand why the phone call to check on me if nothing is going to be done about it.

Very good hotel, with helpful staff, located near several business offices and close to Centro Comercial Santa Fe Mall, a pleasant place for the afterhours.
In despite of that, breakfast and fitness areas are NOT compatible with the hotel category and should be improved.

This hotel has a great location and height, keeping the doors can improve and that do not close.
They have forgotten the recognition IHG Rewards program.
I really enjoy staying at this hotel, hopefully not lose sight of the details that make comfortable accommodation.
