Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible elevators, mediocre pool, good service I stayed on the 20th floor, and had to wait 10-15 minutes every time I wanted to take the elevator. Really bad experience, especially for a business traveller who values his time. Pool is small and the surrounding is not very nice. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. 30 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent A simple word: thank you!, obviously I can be picky, in regard to the elevators that are not the best experience but they are changing them, the club floor lounge could improve with the breakfast , particularly if you stay more than three days. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and very helpful My husband and I recently stayed at the Miami Intercontinental this last weekend and have to say this may be the best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff, namely Carlos Garcia and Neomi Herrera,as well as everyone at the restaurant and pool area, were wonderful. We will definitely come back to visit and look forward to another stay at the Intercontinental in Miami. 26 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location We stayed one night at this hotel using my IHG rewards points. I chose this hotel for the location as it was close to the AmericanAirlines Arena. When I checked in I was acknowledged as a IHG Platinum member and received a free room upgrade to a very nice suite with a great view. Our overall stay was great. only thing was the valet and in-room dining was quite expensive. 26 March 2015
