    Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Beautiful hotel, not so friendly service We were very excited to stay here for the Ambassador perks, but we didn't receive any of them and the check-in experience was pretty unfriendly. I stay at IHG hotels all of the time for business and was really looking forward to the extra attention that should come with a luxury hotel and Ambassador program, but it was fairly disappointing. I hope it was just a fluke. 18 December 2014

    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall good experience The rooms are wonderful and extremely comfortable. The poolside resturant was fantastic and our server Clint was wonderful. The spa was first class, ask for Bobbi. Our only negatives were the car/valet service. Took way too long to get our car. Also we got locked out of our room due to a dead battery in the locking mechanism. It took entirely too long for the situation to get fixed. I went up and down the elevator 4 times getting new keys before they decided to try something different. Then finally they decided to check the battery and still took too long for them to respond. Once they showed up we were back in our room in a jiffy. Beautiful hotel though. 17 December 2014
