Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NIghtmare Hotel I have stayed at this property prior with no issues. However, I do stay app. 6-100 nights on the road via business. First of all I have called the GM (3) times whom is too busy to call me back, evidently. I also left my name and phone number and email with the front desk prior to check out ........... I was not able to get a key to my room upon check -in due to a system being down, so the bell hop was called to use his key to let me in, which I felt obligated to "tip". I has asked the front desk (Latisha) to provide a 5:00 AM wake call the following morning, which did not take place. I was on the third floor and tried to take a shower around 5:30 AM no hot water....... Tried to check out no bill available due to system issues.......... So called the GM (Tim Smith) three times and verified with front desk he was in the hotel, no call back, email etc..............Hoping for a discount, at this point they seem to be in denial or afraid of customer interaction. 18 July 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but needs some work The Intercontinental in Milwaukee is a great hotel. This was our 3 time staying there in 5 years. The problem with the hotel is that it has become outdated. I would not call this a 4 star hotel. The hallways are banged up, the bathrooms were old and outdated, and the furniture was showing some wear. It is a great location and a nice hotel but for the money there are better hotels in Milwaukee. 17 July 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Glorified Holiday Inn First let me say the staff was good, no problems there. The room was a joke. Beds were terrible. We could feel the springs in the mattress. The room was so plain and boring and small. I expected more for the price. This hotel might be good for a business conference, but not for the vacationing family. My son and I were going to stay there after we went to a Brewers game. After checking in and seeing the room, we decided not to stay and just went home after the game.We did not use the room. Big disappointment. As the title says, glorified Holiday Inn. No surprise since they are part of the same group. I will not be back. 13 July 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and service We were so impressed with the way we were treated by the staff during our stay in Milwaukee. I am disabled and the bell boys made sure I was assisted in every way possible . It's nice to see young people who take there job so serious. The people working the front desk were very polite and thoughtful as well. Thanks to all. 12 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Downtown Location We really enjoyed being in close proximity to the many things Milwaukee has to offer. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing that we would have liked would have been a more consistent coffee service in our room. There are all kinds of eating establishment in the area.Many price points also. Fun! 10 July 2014
