Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Fire alarm Staff couldn't turn off the fire alarm it went off like 8 times that night. 23 April 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fire alarm went off 9 times from 4am till 6am I was told when I made my reservation that there were no rooms blocked for my event, I reserved at the full room rate only to find out later there was a discounted rate. I did eventually get refunded the difference but it was not an easy process. The second night of my stay the fire alarm went off at 4am and went off a total of 9 times before 6am. We were evacuated two times down 9 floors before we were notified that it was a malfunction. (The intercom system was also malfunctioning). We were very tired the next morning when our class started at 8am, this was continuing education for licensure and it would have been good to be alert for the class. The woman that checked us out was very kind, we felt bad for her because guests had been unkind to her because of the night before. She comped our parking and breakfast. Due to the reservation issue and the lack of sleep and evacuations it was not a good experience. I felt we should have been refunded for the second night but didn't say anything out of sympathy for the front desk staff. 23 April 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I am sure this is normally a very nice place to stay... In general I would say that this should be a nice hotel to stay at. The issue that we had was a major malfunction with the Fire Alarm system during our stay. There was an initial false alarm which can certainly happen and I would find totally understandable. However, the alarm continued to ring out every 15-30 minutes from the initial false alarm at 4 AM (9 times in total as I remember it). No mention of this situation nor any attempt at restitution was made when we checked out the next morning. 22 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel with a Friendly Staff! Super friendly staff with excellent recommendations on restaurants and things to do with a 2 year old in tow! The bed was so comfortable! At 8 months pregnant, I wanted to pack it in my suitcase! The room (Executive King) was perfect for our family of 3. Overall great value and great service! 21 April 2015
