Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Luxurious Hotel in Great Location Enjoyed a great stay at the Clement Monterrey hotel. The room was great and the location was ideal, as everything we needed was in walking distance; shops, restaurants, and of course, the Aquarium. I recommend getting the Aquarium package, as you'll receive a decent hotel rate and two 2-day passes for the Aquarium. The room was pretty spacious too with a king bedroom with fireplace, not to mention the bathroom. It was so nice having a separate tub from the shower for those wanting a long soak or a quick rinse. I have been recommending this hotel to my friends and coworkers since I've been back home - I am convinced that in order to have an enjoyable weekend in Monterey, you have to stay at the Clement!! 04 March 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I expect more I stayed at the Clement Monterrey the weekend of February 21st. Having stayed at Intercontinental hotels in the past I had an expectation of what to expect. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed. My room was never cleaned during my stay, a request to have a rollaway bed mad up room resulted in a bed being left inside the door with no bedding, the staff brought the wrong car around to the valet and the restaurant lunch was underwhelming, served on a soggy bun. The bed was amazing and the staff were friendly but I expect more, especially at that price. 28 February 2015
