Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Clement Never Disappoints 2015 Since Day One, my family has visitedThe Clement InterContinental at least twice a year. Whether we've been celebrating, grieving (sadly twice), resting, playing and or just 'getting away from it all - The Clement is always there - like a 'true North' for our senses. Mr. Turner oversees a superb property, inspires an impressive staff and apparently steers a rather impressive course in this ever-changing-not-always-civilized-world we live in. And that, in and of itself, is, to put it mildly, is an impressive accomplishment. The Front Desk, now, formerly supervised by the very civilized Mr. Stacey - who now manages the new Stanford property (lucky them) is unfailingly welcoming and perfectly accommodating. The Clement has, and remains a wonderful destination - like a dear, close and longtime friend - always there when needed and with open, gracious arms. July 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Could not ask for a better location. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was a bit on the small size. Breakfast buffet was very expensive and far from what you would expect for the price. The waiters were so-so, and I assume that was because they know that they will be getting a 20% tip automatically added to your bill, so why work for it. July 31, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by overall good experience, restaurant is the weak spot We would likely come back for the location, rooms, views, etc. The actual property itself is fantastic. Overall service experience was just average, and the restaurant was a terrible experience. Specifically, rude manager, long waits even when the place was empty, right hand didn't seem to know what left hand was doing in terms of host vs. seating vs. waiting vs. bill/check out etc. Long waits to get food, rude service. All of this when the place wasn't even busy is unacceptable. The restaurant is way off the positive experience of the rest of the hotel. Bottom line, if you plan to not use the restaurant, we highly recommend for location, views, etc. July 30, 2015
