Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overall not as good experience as expected Im a platinum ambassador member, and this is probably my 4th time staying at this property, I usually stay for about 7 to 12 nights each time and I would like to mention the pros and cons of my experiences: Pros: Good location and fair price. Cons: Lack of knowledge of Ambassador member perks: I had to remind every day about the complimentary water to the hotel personel otherwise I wouldnt receive it. Additionally there is no "local gift" for Ambassador members as in all the other Intercontinental properties I have stayed. Terrible Laundry srevice: I did my laundry 2 days before my departure and I found I received a pair of socks from somebody else and I was missing a pair of mine. A pair of pants was missing a button, I specifically requested the clothes folded and I received it in hangers. Additionally several of my shirts buttons were kind of loose, like if they have a problem with the washer and/or dryer. I left my business card to the manager to find resolution about the missing pair of socks and he has not contacted me yet. Poor roomservice: I asked for a cheese burger and it took over 1 hour to be delivered, I have to say they didnt charge for it due to the inconvenience but still not a good service. Issue at the Wall Street hotel restaurant: There was mold in the cork of a bottle of wine we order for dinner. Rooms: The phone didnt work at the first room I was booked into. Overall the property needs a remodelation. 27 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable rooms The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. However, the bathrooms needs some urgent remodeling work on the mirrors, faucets, shower head and bathtub...still has the 90's style. Overall the staff at the hotel were very professional. The Business Center staff are excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure their guests' needs are met. Excellent job!!!!! 21 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Buen servicio, excelente comida El espacio de las habitaciones es excelente. El servicio del personal es bueno. La comida es muy buena incluso solicitada al servicio a cuarto. Lo único es que el tiempo de respuesta al momento de contactar al personal es lento. El servicio de Internet falla. En el área ejecutiva los baños no cuentan con ciertas amenidades para mejorar el confort y las tinas son muy pequeñas y poco cómodas para poder descansar. 21 October 2014
