Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by hotel Nice an friendly people and very good services in the hotel. Excellent breakfast, real value for money. Minus was that the bar employees did not speak English. 27 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for first time visitor to Moscow I found the hotel secure and very well appointed, with nice rooms and excellent maid staff. The concierge staff was patient and helpful for this first-time visitor to Moscow. They provided good directions for finding Red Square, Arbat Street, and pointing out the best place to eat at the GUM store (Cantina 57). One thing they didn't mention was that you shouldn't attempt to cross the streets where there are no crosswalks. Most of the busiest avenues have underground tunnels -- look for the picture signs showing a staircase. My guess is that jaywalking is frowned upon, and with good reason. There is a lot of traffic! 26 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay but bad experience with checkout Had a very nice stay at the hotel. It wasnt my first stay and its my usual hotel in Moscow. But after i have left the hotel and checked out, i realised that i was charged twice for my stay. This caused me a lot of trouble and inconvinience, even though while checkout i asked the reception staff about the amount that was going to be taken off! In the future i will think twice about coming to stay there as it caused me a lot of trouble with finances. And nobody wants to deal with that kinda things after they left the hotel. Its a wonderful hotel, but this billing issue isnt worked out very well. 25 October 2014
