Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by My stay at Intercontinental Mumbai What I really liked of the stay was the sea facing room and the opportunity to have breakfast in a sea facing ambience. However, there were certain things, as below, which did not go well. 1. I checked-in into the hotel at 3 AM on 9th April. My welcome drink arrived then, which I returned as I was in no mood to have the welcome drink then. No one followed up to provide me welcome drink before my check out. 2. At 3 AM, I missed out on noticing that the water in glass bottles were chargeable and consumed one of them. Upon being mentioned about the charge during check out, I requested for a waiver, which was not entertained. 3. The breakfast menu was awful and I didn't like the breakfast as well. 13 April 2015

I have stayed in many regions of the world and its hotels but service at Intercontinental Mumbai,its location, proximity was the best. Keep up the 5* standard! A Satisfied customer! 09 April 2015
