We had me and my wife a bad experience in our honey moon stay:
-While we were sleeping the stuff entered our room ( we put the card don't bother)
- our room was the 741 next to the elevator .it was very noisy and we couldn't sleep till 3 am
But to be positive : the room was clean but a bit cold and the stuff at the reception very nice and the breakfast was good

I always wanted to stay at Mzaar Hotel, so my dream came true but in summer and no during the season..
Yet its an amazing hotel .

The hotel is amazing, the location is great, the garden views in the hotel are wonderful, the staff are so friendly, treatment of IHG member is very good and the service is excellent.

It is very bad to try to fool your guests upon check in and tell them that the room has a great view while we will go to the room and see ourselves if it has a great view or not!!!!! In addition that we were promised to have an upgrade that we didn't get when we were fooled to choose between the suite and the room supposedly with a great view. The f&b staff have no idea about the IHG standard and need to have extensive training... I advise The lady who checked us in to wear more smiles on her face because it is the check in e peri ente that are the difference. I thank the lady who checked us out for her professionalism in handling our complaint and for keeping her smile to us and for her patience and being calm.
