Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 整体很不错 酒店设施一流,服务也很不错。 电视频道少了点,还不是高清的,跟酒店整体不太相符。 另外IHG的饮料券只能到一楼用,太麻烦了,这个可以考虑改进一下。 28 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 设施与服务 1.入住不知道窗户开着,没有任何人告诉我,感觉到冷,自己设置了温度,就睡下了,醒来冻得不行,打电话给前台,维修工过来,说窗户没关,这才知道。我说我打空调不好使,他说调控还没给。 2.服务人送上来加热器,问我放哪,我怎么知道,我告诉她,你随便放。用了一次就坏了,第二天又给换了一个。 26 October 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wow, InterContinental First of all, the elevator is so not convenience, that could not blame you guys. However, it really bothers me a little. Room: You guys updated me into Executive suit from Executive room as im late check-in i guess, which is great, thank you. Lets put all the good thing and complements away and talk about things there might able to fixed. The room's lighting system is fairly not acceptable, the buttons are hard to use, sometimes you have to push it hard once, sometimes twice, to turn on a light, oh well, some of them even not working. lets say the light on top of living room is not able to work for some reason. also one of the lamp on the side. the walk-in closet looks good, however every morning i have to attend it, i have to walk through it, turn the lights on from the lobby side of the room, by the way, the light s in there is not bright enough as well. The Bath is also not acceptable, almost every time i use the hand hold shower, the one on top keeping leaking itself. The marble on floor is somehow "Sticky", i didnt say you guys did not cleaned it up well, but maybe with wrong solutions, the marble makes horrible noises with my shoe and/or the slipper you guys offered. Cleanness: Trust me, go 6910, check out the left conner of the bed, if you facing it, there's still some weird chicken skin look thing there on bedstead and is not hard to find it, by anyone, as well as the room service cleaner. The most interesting thing is, i can clearly listen what exactly the guy next to me's tv is on. breakfast on executive level is so not acceptable, i understand normally hotels do not put too much stuff on there, however, normally i will be asked if there is anything extra i would like to oder. interestingly the only thing i been asked is what beverage i would like to choose. BY THE WAY, please train your staff that Earl Grey is not the best choice when customer says BLACK TEA. oh and please train your staffs, especially on the executive level, smile and really mean it.
