Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent skyline and comfortable room hotel I was extremely impressed that Intercontinental has it best skyline hotel in Nanjing. This high story building gives the best view ever in IHG hotel experienced. The staffs are very responsive to the voice of guest and quick in actions. I really delighted to be able to enjoyed the facility in this Intercontinental Nanjing. I will definitely will come back for my leisure holiday. 21 May 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The club breakfast is not good I went to the club for breakfast but the selection was very limited. There is no service at all. I understand that for the limitation of space, I will not expect the breakfast should be the same as the coffee shop but at least you need to have the basic one. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 酒店不错 入住很多次了,基本上是很满意的。前台的接待,咖啡厅的服务,早餐的丰富,都使人满意。不过最近客房里面总是有点小事故,比如忘了送水果了,拖鞋带着包装就放在床边了。这只是小小的差错。总体很满意,下次还会入住。 送到邮箱里面的问卷调查超链接总是无法打开,很不方便。 19 May 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 45 FL coffee shop it was suppose a wonderful evening in Nanjing.. my wife and I have to attend a event inside the hotel in the evening. since its rainy outside, we have decided to go to 45F coffee bar to have afternoon tea together to kill some time. everything was nice.. until my wife accidentally dropped the coffee cup on the floor ( the design of coffee cup were 2 separated pieces, if you only use one hand to pick up the coffee like we usually do, the coffee cup will drop.. unless you use both hands ), the cup was broken and coffee has spilled on my wife's dress (she has to attend event in that evening). since its all happened in the coffee shop and we need a clean dress for the event, we nicely asked if possible to clean the dress for us. however, we have been told, if we need to clean the clothes, it has to be at our own expense, plus we also need to be charge 50 yuan for the broke coffee cup. based on what they told us.. everything is our own mistake. we were too stupid by not knowing how to pick up their coffee, we deserve kind of punishment. ok, fine. we accepted this.. so, we will not stupid enough to stay in this hotel again. i really wondering if this is the way and policy of the hotel operation or individual staff's own attitude. anyway, our mood has totally ruined. hope this useful reference for you whoever expecting really good customer service experience... because you will not getting it if you are coming to this hotel. 15 May 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Exp, services need to be improved I checked in IC NJ on 1/5 and checked out the first room, which i redeemed using IHG points, on 2/5. The room was good, clean and the staff was helpful. However, I did not get any room upgrade and Ambassador Gift in the first room. I am not sure whether the policy is that the Points-Roiom should not get upgrade and a gift. However, I got those platinum ambassador treatments in my second room, which I paid money for. Another tiny discouragement is that I did not get any fresh fruits for my second room. After I reminded customer services, quickly it was sent to my room. Maybe they forgot it, I could understand that. After all, the general condition of the hotel is good, the Executive Lounge was impressive, but the services need to be improved. I would, still, recommend this hotel to my friends and customers. Just hope you can do better when I check-in next time (Maybe in this weekend or later) 06 May 2014

I lived in Room **o1 three days.I can enjoy the Nanjing`s scene in the room.When I enjoy tne scene,I feel very shocked.I can watch TV while I was in the bath.The bed is so comfortable that I can have a good dream.I like this room very much! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 估计是最高的洲际酒店了吧 这家洲际最大的买点,就是高,45-80层全部是客房,楼层高,房间高,除此以外,实话说都没有什么惊喜,甚至是有点乏善可陈,卫生间,中规中矩,房间的设施有些老化了,讲几个不足,酒店拖鞋鞋底是不防水,稍微沾点水,就完了;早餐竟然还要排队一小时,酒店的健身房只有上肢和跑步的设施,而没有下肢的锻炼器械。服务有点小瑕疵,内部沟通有问题,导致第二间房明明已经处理好了,迟迟没有把房卡拿上来。这点南京的洲际要好好向魔都的学习学习。 17 April 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel I have stayed at this hotel over 100 nights in the past year, and I had a good overall experience. There was a noticeable improvement in the service quality from my first stay (when it was well below what is expected of an Intercontinental Hotel) until my most recent stay.The hotel gave me a nice upgrade for being an elite rewards member, and its hard to beat the experience of staying on an upper floor in one of the tallest buildings in the world. It was difficult to sleep most nights due to the construction noises from outside the hotel, but it would be impossible to escape the noise no matter where you stay in Nanjing. 02 April 2014

Impressive building. Great Food.
