Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely disappointed Upon check in we were given misinformation with respect to purchasing tickets to Jazz Fest. This wasn't a huge deal. When we got to our room, we had no toiletries or a hotel directory/room service menu and had to call for them. On our third evening, after returning to our room, we had no towels whatsoever and again had to call. The next morning we had to call again, since no coffee was left in the room. What was supposed to be the "fast" internet connection for Ambassador members, was horrendously slow. Finally, when checking out, we were going to be charged for minibar usage, which we did not touch, and I had called the front desk upon our arrival to tell them that the minibar had been used by the previous guests and not replenished. All in all not what I expect from InterContinental. April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable stay I have been involved with a seminar that we have held at the InterContinental New Orleans every year since it opened in 1984. We come back every year because the hotel staff has always responded to our needs in a very professional manner. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The comments concerning the hotel from our attendees (over 400) has been extremely favorable or we would not be returning year after year. The recent renovations and the addition of Trenasse Restaurant made our recent stay that more enjoyable. My hotel room was spotless, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I look forward to my future visits. This is truly one of New Orleans best hotels. For those visiting New Orleans, it is an easy walk to the French Quarter and other tourist interest and perfect during carnival - located right on the major Mardi Gras parade route. April 29, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by JazzFest comfortable bed, great blackout curtains had to ask for second robe asked for 2 non feather pillows, 4 more feather pillows delivered housekeeping didn't replenish coffee second day, third day no creamers, forth day no waters no bath mat second & third day front restaraunt loud ... back restaraunt hard to find only had turn down service one night out of four three star hotel at best April 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick trip to NOLA Our visit to New Orleans was arranged quickly and The Intercontinental Property was available. The accommodations were very nice with well appointed and quiet rooms. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; making helpful suggestions about travel in the local area ... making us feel safe and our trip very comfortable. Concierge helped arrange purchase of some over the counter medicine from a near-by CVS when my bronchitis suddenly worsened late one evening but I was not feeling well enough to go out to the drug store myself. Very helpful and considerate. April 25, 2015
