Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay !! From the time we entered until the time we left, it was an excellent experience. Sarah helped us to our rooms. Sarah is hands down a Rock Star in her own right. She goes above and beyond to create an excellent experience. Fannie at the front desk, another Rock Star. Just from speaking to her on the phone before we even arrived, gave me a since of comfort. Not sure of his name but I think it's Eugene. Eugene the bell man. OMG gave us great service and great suggestions on restaurants. Everything he recommended was excellent and the directions were ALWAYS on point. If you are wondering why I rated the sleep quality as average, its because my room obviously backed up to a utility closet. The room was beautiful however, VERY EARLY in the morning I was awaken by slamming doors and knocking coming from the next room. Of course we didn't come in until wee hours of the morning thus sleeping in was quite IMPORTANT. Overall great experience and we will be back. Although I must stay in a different room... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Starts at the top Had some difficulty with check in because the ambassador phone rep did not inform me that a hard copy of my ambassador certificate was required at check in. The hotel manager stepped in And completely turned things around! His customer service was EXCELLENT! He totally made the stay a most memorable one. Fantastic leadership. The food at both restaurants was stellar with service to match! August 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not A Family Hotel The overall stay was great, but this Is Not A Family Hotel! It is more for business or adults. It is also 3-4 blocks away from everything (Canal Street) and if you think that doesn't matter, it does when your walking. We got the upgrade to a balcony, thinking we could see something and it faces another building. So we paid extra $20 a night for nothing. The room was clean and it was cold! The hotel restaurant Petes was over priced and only had like ten things to chose from which were very expensive. If your young adults or needing a nice business hotel this is the place for you. But if your here with kids looking to sight see, this is not recommended. Not to mention it was $50 more than most other hotels close to Canal or Bourbon, French Quarters! August 18, 2015
