    Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by disappointed I was very disappointed on my first stay in New Orleans. My room didn't have any towel, no waste basket, no iron board, no shower curtain, no soap, and no hair blow dryer. On my 1st night, I asked them to bring me some towels, after 2 calls made and 20 mins later still no towel so I decided to go speak to a manager on duty about my concerns. He was very sincere when he apologized, very accommodating, and even brought me the towels, shower curtain, hair blow dryer and even clean the bathroom to ease up my stress. He did compensated me with complimentary breakfast voucher for the next morning. On my 2nd night, I hanged the breakfast order card at the door before midnight as stated on the card and looking forward to my complimentary breakfast as promised but never received. I was patiently waiting for my breakfast til 10:45am the next morning still no breakfast. I checked the door and sure enough, they never did pick up my order card. The place was nice, the Manager was great on customer but the managers need to manage their employees better and also the employees need more coaching on providing better customers experience. 10 September 2014

    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff There was construction going on and was very loud in the morning I was surprised that construction was getting done on labor day weekend.I wish there was a sign by the check in desk that warned me of the construction.
