    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by June 2014 stay We stayed last week of June at the end of a long tour though Greece and getting in very late to the hotel. Because we are rewards members, the clerk very nicely upgraded us to a 2 room suite. Although the hotel is in need and is doing a refurbish, the room was impeccable, staff was knowledgeable and courteous and overall stay was memorable. We cannot wait to see how the refurbish turns out. Hopefully they will keep the lobby intact as it is gorgeous! Thank you for the pampering. 11 July 2014

    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location - Awful Front Desk/Check-In experience While overall customer service was good, I did have problems checking-in and during check-out. The Customer "no-service" Representative during check-in was very rude to the point of me having to call for a Manager in order to get service. The "no-service" Rep, even implied that I couldn't afford to stay at the hotel; when actually, I probably could have paid his salary and bonus for a year with no problem. Jamie, the front desk Manager, was Exceptional. She immediately, handled the situation and put me in a room. I would only recommend this hotel because of her exceptional service and ability to see beyond typical stereotypes. Thank you Jamie, Front Desk Manager, for helping me! Her professionalism, commitment to service and dedication are in keeping with the highest traditions and reflect great credit on herself, the New York Barclay, and Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts.
