New York Times Square

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 560 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 性价比不高的酒店,总体还可以 作为洲际白金大使卡会员入住该酒店,应该可以享受到的升级根本没有得到。 客房比较小,但比较温馨整洁,总体来说还不错。 20 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Weekend Visit! I visited NY this past weekend with my sister and brother for my sister's 50th birthday. I originally reserved 2 advanced purchase Standard rooms back in November 2013, but discovered a week before arriving that the Deluxe rate had fallen below the rate I purchased. Although I didn't expect the hotel to care, I emailed management to request an upgrade. Within 24 hours, both Stephanie in Reservations and Heather (an executive administrative assistant) replied and stated that my request had been noted on my reservation. After hearing that I was there for my sister's birthday, Heather also offered to send a special amenity to my sister's room. Sunday morning Concierge was also very helpful. To make a long story short, both rooms were upgraded to Deluxe accommodations and amenities were delivered to both rooms! It was the perfect weekend trip, due in large part to the Intercontinental Hotel - Times Square. Can't wait to return! Kudos to all hotel staff. 19 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great choice for our NYC stay The hotel is so conveniently located and such a nice place to stay. Every single staff member with which we interacted was incredibly friendly and cheerful. The hotel is beautiful, our higher floor/king bed/corner room had an incredible view from the windows and the room was both comfortable and impeccibly clean. It was fun to grab a drink and munchie in the first floor lounge as well. We will certainly stay here again the next time we come to NYC! 18 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, Great Location and Great Guest Relations Have stayed in this NY location 3 times over the past 18 months. Typically when coming to NY for business I extend for several more days just to spend time to relax in this wonderful hotel. I don't think you can find a better, more relaxing hotel in the area with great food/drinks. By far the best hotel in the area. Highly recommend this hotel. 12 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay in NYC This was my first experience at the Intercontinental at Times Square. The hotel is warm and inviting with good lounge music and a very nice laid back lounge and bar. My room was well appointed with an excellent view. what really made this an excellent hotel was the staff and service. everyone from the doorman to the mechanic was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. the only thing missing was a club lounge and if this was added to the mix there simply would be nothing more to say. looking forward to my next visit 10 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice hotel with tired personal Great and modern hotel with a good location. The service was not always the best, the telephone numbers to the reception and hotline was always busy. 10 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chic & Convenient I love this property. The location is in walking distance to the the theater district/Times Sq., the restaurant is fantastic and the cozy/contemporary bar area is a wonderful meet-up spot for coffee or drinks. I've stayed in a lot of NYC hotels and this is my favorite by far on every level. 09 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Checking in Arrived at hotel after a trying train ride from NJ. Staff had told my wife and I our room wasn't ready and would be shortly. Instead of having us wait with our luggage in the lobby, we were offered free cocktails in the restaurant lounge. Our keys were brought to us shortly afterwards. Nice touch to a great stay! 04 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient location, safe and comfortable Coming from the Midwest, I wasn't certain what we could expect from the level of service in New York City. I was counting on the Intercontinental brand and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, welcoming and always eager to answer our questions. The subway entrance was extremely convenient which was especially nice since it was cold and snowy a couple days and then rainy during our visit. We were also within walking distance to many of the locations we planned to visit. The bed was very comfortable and other than the expected city noise to get used to, we slept very well. The secure access to the guest room floors was very reassuring, as was the presence of the staff inside and outside of the hotel entrance. We definitely plan to return to this hotel on our next visit to New York City. 02 February 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Impressed The Intercontinental Times Square is much better than the Crowne Plaza, service is mediocre and the amenities offered aren't much to write home about. Check-in was a disaster, there wasn't anyone to check me in at the Ambassador Desk, therefore I had to wait for about 30 minutes for regular check-in (the guest in front of me was paying in dollar bills). The rooms are nice, however the are starting to show wear and tear (which is odd, since the hotel was build about 3 years ago). Although the bathroom was impressive with the large rain shower,it was the tiles were dirty and covered in soap scum. 01 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay Hotel staff was very helpful, hotel was in a great location and the bed was very comfortable. 30 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient and Comfortable My husband and I stayed overnight to see a show and visit MOMA. The hotel lobby, restaurant, and our room were very modern and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking garage across the street was extremely convenient and an excellent price for a 24 hr. stay. The brunch at the hotel restaurant was fabulous. All in all an excellent choice for location, comfort, and convenience. Would highly recommend. 28 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Made us feel at home When we travel and we do a lot of world travel I have found no matter where I am i can count on the same great service and room comfort at Intercontinental Hotels world wide. Thanks New York for the friendly service, good hospital and great value. People make a hotel and you have some of the best. Shout out to INT Hotel in Dusseldorff Germany terrific all round good job well done be back soon. 28 January 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of flexibility by sales staff We were refused any dispensation when requesting a 3 hour late check out and asked to pay a half day rate, taking no account of us not being able to take up the first day of our prepaid 3 day booking because of airport closure due to snow. 27 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fourth week in 2013... This was my fourth business trip to New York (from London) over 2013 and by far the best for a variety of reasons, not the least of which was the quality, hospitality and location of the Intercontinental Times Square. I'd previously stayed in well-known competitors, nearer our office. However, it's great to be that short walk away from the relentless square itself. There are some handy shops nearby too, a friendly local bar opposite and the seedy places on 8th Street round the corner manage to not bring down the neighbourhood. Overall, it's a fine spot to be in. Especially on a Sunday, when there's a street market on 8th. The staff were universally super-helpful, moving my room mid-week to one with just one bed (and a better view) and making sure I didn't have to wait to checkout, then looking after my luggage for the rest of the day. I really liked the bar and the restaurant too, the waitress working out in 2 days that it was a glass of Malbec after work for me. Anyway, the best endorsement is my trip booked for the weekend commencing February 14th 2014 - with my own money this time - when I arrive with my 14 year old son. I had no hesitation but to book this hotel. I didn't even think about the alternatives, as I know the Intercontinental Times Square will provide superb hospitality and give him a great experience on his first trip to this wonderful city and be well-worth the money. Looking forward to it! 26 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful hotel fantastic stay in a comfortable and convenient. close to Times Square and metro friendly staff I recommend it 19 January 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location Lovely appointed rooms and bathrooms in a perfect location. Just that the frosty reception staff take away from the feeling at check-in a bit - the housekeeping staff were lovely though. The carpets/furniture could do with a little steam clean to remove previous guests stains though! 18 January 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Experience I am a loyal IHG Ambassador member. The only reason why I rated this hotel experience a 4 out of a 5 is because I have been spoiled by the Boston Intercontinental which has both a pool and a spa. This location had neither. Otherwise, the location was very easy to see a show on Broadway and the room was very comfortable. We were on the 27th floor and the noise level was a zero. I would highly rec if you are looking to be in the Times Square area. The staff was very nice at check-in, the doormen provided umbrellas for the rain, and we were promptly brought more shampoo when I had to ask for more. 15 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by perfect location for sightseeing we`ve been entirely satisfied! got an upgrade to a studio with an impressive view. the beds have been the best we`ve ever slept in! 15 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, wonderful atmosphere, helpful staff The stay was truly magnificent (over the new year holidays). Excellent IHG membership recognition, and the Ambassador membership benefits also enjoyed. Would definitely recommend. 14 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nicest hotel in Times Square area Beautiful hotel near enough to Times Square and the Theaters but just far enough away to be quiet. Right across from Birdland for Jazz lovers. 14 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic! The intercontinental have gone beyond our expectations. Staff expremely friendly and professional. The rooms very clean , location was perfect. In the heart of Manhattan but so silent at the same time.Felt like home away from home. My companion and I are looking forward to staying with you again. 14 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the best! Stayed at ICNY Times Square during the "polar vortex" for business with meetings around mid-town. Excellent property, almost faultless service (one small error was promptly fixed and without asking compensated) in a terrific off-Times Square location. As a Platinum Ambassador the front-of-house team showed me a lot of love with an unbelievably early check-in and the promised late check-out. What made check-in so remarkable was that no-one batted an eyelid with the time: they simply made it happen. Spacious, higher floor king room with a great view the room was large enough to work from and the bathroom massive (love the rainfall shower). I experienced zero street noise aside from the rare emergency vehicle. Rather than dine in the restaurant, I instead opted to take a left out of the property into Hells Kitchen for meals (rather than a right into the expensive Times Square dining precinct). Nonetheless the menu looked good and the prix fixe a reasonable deal. All things considered ICNY Times Square was, dollar-for-dollar, the best hotel I've stayed in. Now my favorite hotel. 13 January 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by So many other choices! I've stayed at the Times Square Intercontinental twice now in the past 6 months, and both times I've found it to be very mediocre (in comparison to the Intercontinental in San Francisco, which I adore!). The rooms are small, especially when considering it was an Ambassador upgrade to a "suite", and the front desk very detached and slow. I've had to wait 5-10 minutes at times just to get somebody's attention. The food is good, however, and the location can't be beat. Still, with all the options available in NYC, I'm going to think twice about staying here next time.... 12 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel! Every aspect of our stay was excellent...terrific hotel! 12 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 High quality & great experience assured! This was my third stay at the Intercontinental Times Square within the last year. It was wonderful to come back and know with certainty that after a long trip my room and stay would be of the highest quality. The front desk team, doormen and concierge are consistently efficient, professional and always ready with a smile and an offer of assistance. The ever friendly doormen never failed to provide a warm good morning sendoff and friendly greeting after a long day. This mid-town location can't be beat with the subway entrance right outside the main door along with Times Square and the Port Authority. It is within easy walking distance of Central Park, Bryant Park or Chelsea. The rooms continue to impress me with their cleanliness, great space and views and the roomy bathroom, hot water and shower pressure are outstanding by any measure. The lounge/bar and restaurant offer high quality food and a warm ambiance making them terrific venues for casual meetings and unwinding after a hectic day. Having stayed at many hotels in this city, this is by far one of the very best! 11 January 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unpleasent experince No more New York Times Square stay, very unpleasent experince, every year i stay at the same hotel for a week or more, same problems and its very poor services. I stay with intercon every wehre around the world, always more than good. New York Times Square they overcharge and they dont know how to deal with royal imbassidor. 11 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing new year at intercontinental Just back from spending new year at intercontinental. Location is fantastic. Staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was a bother to them. New Years party was fab had a great night. And most importantly after coming in from -17degree temperatures the room was lovely and warm Overall a great experience This was my 7th trip to New York but would definitely stay here again 10 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This place has the wow factor! What a fantastic facility right on the doorstep of Times Square! The support from the staff before and during the visit was first class. Many thanks to all involved for along this a truly memorable vacation! 10 January 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by What a cheek Having had a good stay to get back and find the hotel have charged my credit card with 2450.72$ when we had not purchased anything Is an absolute disgrace especially after checking out and being assured we owed nothing and the swiping of the credit card would be destroyed. I will not be staying at one of your hotels again. 10 January 2014
