Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible stay Reached at 1130 pm after a long London flight only to find that the hotel had absolutely no food or drink at all. Was told that hotel was closing for refurbishment and hence the curtailment. I pointed out that corporate travellers don't go looking at hotel websites. They should have closed the hotel- period. Slept hungry and very angry. Will never stay there again! 25 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, bigger rooms compared to most NYC hotels Beautiful lobby, great location, comfortable rooms. I was able to find a great price on InterContinental's website. The hotel is really nice. I booked a King size bed room since two doubles were available at the time of booking but the hotel was able to move me to Two double room when I arrived there.The only thing I wasn't thrilled about were the beds. They were too soft and not so comfortable. Other than that my stay was excellent. The concierge even gave me coupon for a local attraction and a speed pass. 20 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff confused Staff were both confused at check-in and check out, more as I got them off-guard that I was checking in and checking out. They were polite and professional but it seemed I was interrupting their desk conversation. Also, scale in the bathroom is off by 10 pounds. Not sure it makes sense to have a scale any where unless its checked for accuracy. 10 pounds is a lot. 17 August 2014
