Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Stay I was in New York for both business and travel. This hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were there to help me out with everything from Broadway tickets to where to eat. I flew out just as the storm was hitting and the staff ensured that I got to the airport fast and safe. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again. 28 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Big City Stay How exciting to have been in the Heart of It - New York, New York! At check-in and check-out staff were very personable and the maid professional. The elevators were excellent, silent and swift. Surprised people complain about noise. It's a metropolis and first responders make noise on a major avenue. The only drawbacks were the poor bathroom lighting (low lights may be chic but don't cut it for shaving; the lighted mirror helped somewhat) and the Checkpoint Charlies at Ca Va who dismayed with their faux high-tonedness and "papers, please!" interrogation when I went in for just a shot of java and OJ. Mayhap some expect such TSA-like treatment but jus' plain folk like me'uns don't. Overall--a very good hotel experience. Thanks, ICH-NY. 25 January 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst IHG's hotel I've stayed Called 4 times to the Guest Relation just to request for 2 bottle of water and a comb which took them 2hours to deliver and the comb was never deliver!!! Prior to my arrival, I was hoping that the the guest relation could resolve some of my issue. Despite me using international call to ring them up, the staff insist of me calling back as she had just arrived in the office. She hanged my phone the moment i requested for her superior. 25 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Special Occasion This is the second year we have celebrated our wedding anniversary (52nd) with a stay at this hotel and a Broadway show. The staff at the Intercontinental makes our stay wonderful, whether it is Cesar or Francisco at the front desk, Michael the bellhop or Alvin greeting us at the curb and holding up traffic so we can park our car in the lot across the street. We were treated to a great room on the top floor with a marvelous view. Thanks again and hope to see you next year! 23 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Almost all good My wife and I enjoyed our recent stay and would highly recommend your hotel. Especially pleased by parking setup. Only complaint is the inclusion of an 18% mandatory tip for two people having your buffet breakfast. Look forward to returning in the near future. 22 January 2015
