The hotel was lovely, and the overall service experience was what I would expect from Intercontinental Hotel. The view of the beach and Vinpearl Island was amazing. Definitely would stay here again whether it is for business or leisure.

very nice hotel with lots of potential but lacks attention to detail and individual service one can expect from a 5* resort of an international chain.
some things can't be fixed anymore such as the structure of the building (pool area covered by shade from noon onwards due to it's beach facing location and the high rise buildings (amongst them the hotel itself), all other things can be fixed with more attention to detail in the service area and staff training.

Numerous mistakes with bookings and very disappointing stay. Staff require more training and perhaps this reflects ongoing teething issues in this relatively new hotel.

Is spent 12 days in Nha Trang and can confirm that the Intercontinental is the best Hotel there. Friendly staff who speaks good english (very seldom unfortunately in Vietnam), modern rooms with good wifi and bluetooth connection facilities.
One negative: the price of the breakfast for someone like me staying 12 days: too much
Location is very central.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very new fantastic Hotel we were very taken with the attitude and friendliness of all the staff which made it a most enjoyable holiday. Perhaps the only negative would be that maybe you could run a shuttle service to other areas of Nha Trang but seeing there are so many taxis perhaps this is not necessary at this location. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice it was certainly one of the best Hotels we have ever experienced

The room is very new and they recognize the member status promptly. Staffs speak very well English. Location is great just opposite to the beach. The only downside is that they don't have firm pillow provided which was matter for me because I couldn't have a good sleep without ones.

With the platinum status my room was not upgraded ( they said it's been upgraded to ocean view , I believed any room would face to ocean ) .
Any Intercontinental hotel would give me a gift , not Intercontinental Nha Trang .
Being so loyal member to IHG , I don't feel been treated nice and special . Manager kept arguing with me the deal she promised me from last stay ( in Sep.)
