Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 虎头蛇尾,总体上是住过的洲际中比较差的 大年初一去的,住了两晚,豪华房。 之前看了评论,对位置较偏、没有泳池和较多中差评的宁波洲际其实有心理准备。办理CI的时候,前台小姑娘是新手,虽然慢了点,很多东西都不知道,但前台另外两位同事都在帮忙解决,所以总体还觉得挺不错,充分理解,这也是此行最好的经历了。 房间方面,TOTO的卫洗丽是亮点,装修保养都比较旧,电吹风的插头插不牢,必须低头弯腰吹头发,否则就掉线。 但是这不是最大的问题,老点的酒店多了,服务都很好,宁波洲际的服务是我觉得非常不稳定的,有的服务员很好,有的服务员不仅不作为,甚至很冷漠。可能是过年比较忙的缘故吧,我一直觉得短期内硬件作为外部条件可能无法改变,但服务却是主观的。Lobby的男服务员会生硬地直接问你“姓什么”,两天早餐从没有人问你要咖啡还是茶,最难接受的是礼宾部对最后一天延迟到下午两点退房坚定的拒绝(白金卡),真是懒得去说了,十二点就十二点走吧。 在洲际中算是比较低分的宁波洲际,我觉得问题应该早就被会员们反映了。不出意外我也是很差的体验,这几年住过的ihg中几乎最不好的回感,希望会有所改观,虽然我应该不太可能再去这家了。 25 February 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 体验较差,希望改进 对酒店的评价,在之前的问题中已经提及。 1. 希望订房中心提醒客户酒店游泳池和健身房目前还没好。不要让客户到达酒店发现无法享受游泳和健身。 2. 希望前台对会员有关心,没有任何问候语,让客户感觉是不是会员都无所谓。 3. 前台在入住的时候,也请提醒客户酒店的泳池和健身房还未开放。 4. 电梯的指示牌有问题,3楼没有健身中心,请改正指示牌。 5. 装修细节粗糙。 25 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Far from city centre!!! Gym and pool was not ready even during soft opening phase (1 year after opening). Limited food choices. Huge hotel but feels empty. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Taxis are cheap but takes 20mins to get into city centre. Awkwardly quiet location for such a beautiful and large hotel. 23 February 2015
