Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best location and great service I was with my family especially with my 8-month-old grandson at Intercontinental Osaka from 10 to 12, August, 2014. It was really good choice to choose this hotel. Staffs are very kind, specially -Chief concierge- is very warm-hearted person to help me to reach to the hotel. Because of the Typoon, my fligt was delayed for 5 hours, I emailed her by my smart phone on the way, and she replied very soon. When I arrived at the airport limousine bus stop, there were taxi driver to welcome me. I felt relief. I cannot speak Japanese, but she speaks engligh very well, so I don't need to worry. But, one of front staffs cannot speak engligh fluently, I don't remember her name, so there was a little miscommunication. It wasn't big deal, but I hope to develop your staffs. 17 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 位置绝佳,服务不错 坐落于地铁和轨道交通的枢纽站,大阪站。甚至不需要走出去就可以到酒店。位置非常便于游客购物和观赏景点。 由于是RA会员,免费升级到了行政套房,并且根据需求给了宝宝床,非常贴心的服务。 唯一的缺点是对于客房打扫和客房服务的响应有点过慢,一次呼叫客房打扫结果迟迟未来,直到我们一个多小时外出回来时候才看到在打扫。另一次需要两瓶水,结果也等了超过30多分钟,追加了第二个电话才送来。可能是入住客人比较多,但是还是需要改进。 总体来说还是非常满意的,下次来大阪还会住这里。 13 August 2014

The beautiful new facility gives it a leg up over other Intercontinental properties in Japan (ANA, Strings, and Tokyo Bay in Tokyo). But it is the exceptional service and friendly staff that really make it stand out -- Jerome and his staff think and take care of everything. It really is among the most enjoyable hotels in the world, particularly in light of its comparatively reasonable rates. Osaka is a first class and fun city, and it now has a modern, first class, relaxing place to stay. The location in the new Grand Front area north of Osaka Station makes the hotel extremely convenient and provides ready options for dining and entertainment. The rooms, suites, and amenities (e,g., club lounge, fitness room and ofuro) are all great. I love this place. 03 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely stunning rooms but no view We wanted a hotel with a great location and a room that would allow us to stretch out and a suite at the Intercontinental Osaka fit the bill perfectly. The staff is both friendly and helpful. Good services from the concierge and front desk whenever a booking is needed. As we were booked a room on the Club Intercontinental floor. Being Intercontinental Ambassor, they upgraded us to The Executive Suite Room. The room was spacious and very nicely appointed. We enjoyed this hotel at every turn. Only one thing, we regret that we should not stay in this hotel. There is no view! You only see a big office building in front of you. 31 July 2014

From check-in to check-out the experience was fantastic and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I especially want to say a big thank you to concierge Maria for her helpfulness, politeness and wonderful sense of humour. Meeting you was a true delight and a highlight of our stay in Osaka. But This Osaka Hotel is An Outstanding Hotel, which is so comfortable, spacious, cleanliness... with beautiful Interior Design. Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel.The location is really good, as the hotel is connected to the Grand Front Osaka shopping malls and the Osaka Station, making it easy to get around.Very good breakfast supplied & Staff were friendly and security conscious. We waited for a long time for check-in, I think your staff didn't find my booking, however, your staff upgraded us to corner room, thanks to him though I didn't find any difference of the room I originally booked 2. The bed(too hard)and pillow(filling inside not enough, so when you turned, the filling all went to the other end) were extemely uncomfortable, so I didn't sleep at the first night. Next day, we got a hard pillow, but that was too high. Don't know why your pillow choice is too limited. However, I remembered staying in your hotel in HCM city of Vietnam, at that time the pillow and bed were very comfortable. 3. Your Concierge staff seems doesn'tt like her job, when we asked for direction to Universal studio, she just said follow the sign of US in the JR station. Another staff just asked us our room number and then walked away without any help, sooooo strange. 4. We asked your staff which terminal our flight was at the front desk, she let us wait for 10 mins and then told us it may be T1, but not sure, pls check when u arrived airport?!!! 5. Most of your staff didn't speak English, I could understand for the housekeeping staff, however, even the front desk could not understand English well, it was unacceptable. We asked for make up the room, no one understood until we went down the lobby and found an European receptionist. 6. The storage space at room has been segmented into different small spaces, which can't use well for storage. 7. The air-conditioning control panel seems not function,the temperature at room run high and down. With the problem of bed and pillow, couldn't sleep well at welll 17 July 2014

We saw the hair dryer was left exactly at the same place. We could even easily spot some hairs left around on the floor of toilet. 13 July 2014

The suite has a wonderful view of Osaka city day and night. All rooms are spacious and extremely new and clean. I even feel guilty leaving the room for my tourist activities! The service was great too, from reception to housekeeping to concierge. I can't say enough good words about this stay! 09 July 2014
