Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Necesitan mejorar * El room service tarda demasiado, pedí un cereal, se demoró 40min y llegó mal. * La ropa de la lavandería no es bien lavada y tratada * Las personas del hotel desconocen donde hay farmacias cerca y no ayudan a generar opciones * El aseo de la habitación no se realiza correctamente a diario (considero que depende de la mucama en turno) * El cajero electrónico no funciona * No todos los taxis tienen la opcion de cargo del servicio a la habitación * El servicio en general no es amable, gentil y con espíritu de colaboración * En una ocasión anterior (abril 2015) tuve una cucaracha en mi baño, prometieron cambiarme de habitación y no sucedió nada. Es importante mencionar que estas situaciones fueron comentadas en el momento que sucedieron y me enviaron la disculpa correspondiente, sin embargo no creo que se hayan tomado acciones preventivas al respecto para evitar que vuelvan a repetirse. Local transportation and directions were provided and I had no problem getting to all the attractions or activities that I wanted to fit into the weekend. A special thank you for the staff in helping with the local transportation was appreciated. July 23, 2015

The strange thing we found is that room service is much faster and better than ordering in the restaurant. In the lounge one night we waited an hour for ceviche and they would not allow my husband to cancel. It was not even real ceviche, they cooked it. Also, save some money on taxis by walking across the street. Not quite as nice, about one fourth as much money. July 13, 2015

As a traveler that spends over 200 nights a year in hotels, I unfortunately rate this property in Panama as the absolute worse. From taking two of my pillows and never bring them back to removing all the towels and then for two days not bring fresh towels. Calling the staff took 2 calls over a 1 hour period before they actually brought me any towels. 10:30pm asked for towels then at 11:30 i was able to get them and take a shower. Truly this is the worst service of any hotel I have ever stayed in. July 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful hotel especially Lara (the Concierge)! My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at the Intercontinental Miramar. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Lara, was especially wonderful. She gave us wonderful recommendations and invaluable information for getting around the City and the surrounding area -- even lending me a metro pass! During our stay, my teenage son developed swimmer's ear (incredibly painful). The hotel contacted a doctor who came to our room, examined by son, and wrote us prescriptions. Great service!
