Language skills and service from staff should be improved a lot.
espcially at the pool area. There was a total lack of service by the pool except from the towel guy who was always fast on his feet.
When ordering a coffee and a perrier in the bar in the hotel the perrier never showed up, but on my bill there was a coffee and a coca cola... not a big problem that were correcte straight away.
What happend to restocking a minibar during a 5 night stay. at least the coffeee were refilled.

Great Hotel with a great location. everything you want within the hotel and within a 2 mile radius.
Stay here and inhale the experience.

(+) Pool area is nice considering the city location. Aesthetician who gave my facial was the nicest staff member at both the hotel and spa.
(-) Overall the hotel staff was not too friendly. Hairdryer in my room was broken; used towels were removed each day but not always replaced; mini bar in the room was empty; on morning of departure 4am wakeup call was never received (room did not have a clock)
