Wenn schon etwas schief läuft, sollte das Personal spontan und unkompliziert darauf reagieren. Obwohl in der Buchung vermerkt, war die Ambassadornummer nicht im System vermerkt, dadurch wurde kein Upgrade Zimmer reserviert. Das alles wurde nur mit "sorry nicht verfügbar" kommentiert. Danach wurden mir die Keycards in die Hand gedrückt. Alles was weiters an Erlebnissen folgte, ist eine Liste von Kleinigkeiten, die an und für sich nicht der Rede wert wären, wenn sie nicht das Gesamtbild abrunden würden.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and courteous. The meeting facilities are very good. The business centre (office) is quite small.

What a wonderful weekend in Paris at the Intercontinental. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We could walk to many of the local attractions and were close to great eateries and shopping. The room was filled with natural light and very quiet and comfortable ensuring a great sleep.

We stayed for a weekend with friends and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were attentive from the moment we arrived and whilst we did not use all the facilities were assisted with every request for service. Can't recommend enough for location and customer experience.

Great staff. Superb location if you want to be near the Arc De Triomphe. Rooms facing street are somewhat noisy. Rooms are small even by European standards. Bar has limited selections and is pricey.

first of all the hotel is very nice and especially done.
The welcome at the door and the reception was perfect,
very friendly and with a warm welcome!
The room was very clean and nice decorated.
The restaurant for dinner was not was we expect,
for the price the quality was only 3 star standard.
Even with the 30% discount with member card it was
not value for the money.
The breakfat selection was good, include the egg and crepe
choises, but the service was very slow, it was 3 people staff
and about 10 guests, but it was more important for some staff
to talk or prepair other empty table than take used cups, plates or
glasses from our table or ask for more coffee, here the staff need
