Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 483 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by We need a 5 star Intercontinental in Center of Paris. the hotel is nice but all the filling is a senior crown plaza not a Intercontinental... i'm not clear why i don't got the opportunity to share my feeling for Warsaw IC. that is really 5 star one. 27 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nicely Located Parisian Hotel Nice central located old style Parisian hotel. Nice friendly staff in all areas across the hotel. Room was serviced every day to a very high standard. All staff are very knowledgeable and attend to all your needs. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only down fall was we were on the 1st floor Opera room and were right above the metro line, which gave a rumble in our room. Otherwise all else was fine. 27 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel in a good location Beautiful hotel for a romantic weekend break, an ideal location for sightseeing and the Cafe de la Paix is an essentuial experience if you stay at this hotel. 27 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and accommodating staff I very much enjoy the location - easy access to all areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - not just at the check-in desk, concierge desk but throughout the hotel. 26 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location near to shopping mall and Opera, good location, good service from hotel. The hotel has three entrance but only the main entrance is open, others are closed, it's not convenience. 26 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and memorable experience As a Platinum Ambassador, I had great recognition at the hotel and I was upgraded to a suite with opera view. 23 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best IHG hotel I stayed at so far From the style of the building to the staff calling after a day to ensure everything is OK, this is truly a remarkable hotel. Even the in-house macarons are probably the best we've eaten. The hotel is classical and beautiful but the rooms don't feel "old" as they are very well maintained. We had a deluxe room with opera view. The room being on the 1st floor and very close to the opera, you can't actually see that much, but it's still a view! It had a high ceiling and a very good size, which for Paris standards means BIG, with bathtub, shower and a fully separate toilet rather than one in the bathroom (something often reserved to suites). Note that additional items are in line with the room price tag, the minibar especially is outrageous. A few things could be improved though: 1. The whole room vibrates whenever a train (RER? metro?) passes underneath. It didn't prevent us from sleeping, but if you have light sleep you may want to get a higher floor (if it's any better). 2. Not all entrances were open, forcing us to walk around the building. Overall we were charmed though; the location is unbeatable with several metro lines, RER A and a number of attractions within walking distance. 22 February 2015
