Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ideal hotel in Paris We reserved room with opera view. But it turned out not a good view. So we complained to the front desk. They immediately move us to the real opera view from our room balcony. That's fantastic. The room service is great. They arranged a full dinner table for us. Above all, we also surprise with the complimentary champaign to celebrate our anniversary. We have great time there. The location is convenient and really locate in the center of Paris and convenient for shopping. We certainly recommend the hotel to all our friends! 25 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfection as expected We were upgraded to a beautiful Junior Suite due to our Ambassador status and the room was spectacular. Everything was perfect; check-in/check-out were quick, we tried the Verrière for drinks, the terrasse for lunch (highly recommend it - delicious light options) and the main Café de La Paix for dinner and we received first class service, beautiful and tasty meals. Can't wait to return, hopefully this time we won't wait 8 years to do so. We also recommend booking their limo service to the airport. It's pricey but was worth it. The car was extremely comfortable and we had a great driver who made the ride to CDG very smooth. 25 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Re visit to Paris The hotel is an exceptional experience and my wife and I loved our stay, the room and sleep quality do not get full marks due to a PIR light in the closet turning on and off all night. That said the club lounge and staff are superb, the restaurants excellent and the location second to none. We have a house in France and will be spending more weekends at the Le Grand in future! 24 April 2015
