Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 194 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved the extra touch for the little one! I booked a reward night and stayed with my wife and 2yr old child. I really liked the extra touch put in by the hotel staff: treats for the little one, baby bathrobe, the duck, etc! 08 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service and hotel Excellent hotel and excellent service. The hotel honoured Ambassador privileges and did so in a pleasant and caring way. Excellent location, across from Prague's prettiest old synagogue and 5 minutes nice walk to the Old time square or the Charles bridge. Décor can feel a bit ageing (both in the common parts and in the rooms) and some people might prefer some of the smaller charming boutique hotels in Prague, but in our case, this has progressively become our top choice because of the excellent service received. 05 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious and clean room, good-sized TV screen, full bathroom facilities. View of bridge and river. Quite on the high side of cost, but overall good value and so close to the centre of the city. 02 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good facilities The hotel is also in a very good location for exploring Prague. I was impressed with level and quality of facilities in the hotel room, eg slippers and towelling robes were provided, a mini fridge and a safe; the room was also large and comfortable. Basic internet access was free, and this was adequate for my my needs - there is also the option to pay for high speed internet. This hotel also has an extremely well equipped gym and a good sized leisure pool, which are free to hotel guests and I which I found to be a wonderful way to relax after a day sightseeing. There is also the option to purchase spa treatments (which I did not take up). Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our three night stay very much. 31 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hootel Centrally located, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Close to old town, and new town. Very nice breakfast. Very clean. The only issue I had was with the bath tub. It is very deep which makes it hard for an older person like me to get into and out of. Would like to have handle bars to hold onto while showering. 29 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by caring and courteous staff and and great accomodations. excellent service by staff. clean and comfortable room. manager and staff very respectful, hospitable, caring, courteous, and obliging. the hotel is situated in middle of the old city, near the historic places including the Jewish quarter. I recommend whoever visits Prauge, there is no better place to stay. I rate this hotel as a FIVE PLUS star hotel. 28 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great bedroom and good professional service. Intercontinental Prague is well located both for the river and the attractions of the Old Town. Don't be put off by the unremarkable exterior, because the overall appearance inside is excellent - both in the bedrooms and public areas. My King Size deluxe room had a splendid view across the river and a well-appointed and very modern bathroom. The only feature that irritated was the 2 small duvets, rather than 1 large one, to cover a KS bed. Staff were friendly and efficient and check in and out went smoothly. Intercontinental Hotels rarely give one a truly WOW experience and this one doesn't. But, like its counterparts elsewhere, the Intercontinental Prague can be relied upon to provide an overall high standard of welcome and care. 28 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Refurbishment Don't get me wrong I enjoyed our stay but the décor is beginning to look worn out. Certainly some of the bathroom fittings in our Executive Room on the 8th Floor were looking worn out. The Bar area downstairs is ok during the day but not very inviting at night as it is too functional rather than inviting. 28 August 2014
