We got warm welcome at the check-in desk by the receptionist. Though I did remember the name of the receptionist, I was impressed by his warm and sincere smile. He greeted us in our language, which made me feel being respected. My daughter got allergic on March 29. The receptionists and the concierge were very concerned and helpful. They asked basic symptom and provided advices as to how to see the doctor in public hospital. Unfortunately, we were unable to see the doctor till late evening since my daughter got the white color tag and was regarded non-emergency. When we came back to the hotel, the concierge was very concerned and followed up my daughter’s situation. The concierge was very kind and helpful to suggest us another public hospital and also made an the-next-day appointment for us to see a private doctor which the hotel had long-term cooperation relationship. We decided to see the private doctor. After taking the medicine, my daughter recovered two days later. We were very thankful that the hotel provided helps when we were in urgent needs, which was very important for travelers in foreign country. Thank you!

Stayed for a meeting, and it was a nice experience.
Experienced staff, beautiful historical building and magnificent location.
Will certainly come back!

The management and staff of the De La Ville Roma are all to be commended for the professional, courteous and willing manner that they treat their guests.
We were made welcome from the outset and the staff, especially the members of the concierge team, went beyond expectations in ensuring that our stay was all we hoped for.

this is a old property which is very centrally located but not enough has been invested to upgrade the property for a Intercontinental brand

Intercontinental DE LA VILLE ROMA Hotel has the worst service among all the IHG Hotels. First, they didn't even greet me or thank me as Platinum member. Secondly, they didn't provide shower cap and when I asked for one, it took them 30 mins or so to get it delivered to my room. And second day, they didnt replenish my body wash. I called them to send me one and they still gave me shampoo etc after 30 mins or so waiting! And the day after, I asked for shower cap again, they said they were running out of shower caps! And they still didnt replenish my body wash. And last day, I asked for shower caps again, and after waiting for 30 mins, no one came. I called for 2nd time and he said that he was just changed shift and will deliver and I waited forever and no one even come!! Is this the service that you provide to your Platinum member? I won't recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and for each of our first time in Rome and couldn't have had a better experience. The hotel is in a great location for eating, sightseeing, or shopping and the rooftop deck has to be one of the best views in all of Rome. On top of that Cristian and the rest of the staff made sure to greet us by name every time we came down to the lobby and was very helpful in answering any questions we might have, including setting up travel for the rest of our trip.
Keep up the good work everybody, I would love to come back for our anniversary one day!
