Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Holy Convo 2014 Didn't like that I had to pay entire stay up front. That effected my budget while in Chicago. Low lighting in bathroom. Limited towels had to ask daily that enough wash cloth be supplied for 3 people. Transportation to and from airport was very good, but wasn't available to go in the local area like Denny's. Look of the Hotel too computer age. It was as though we were living inside a computer hard drive. The furniture in the lobby were not comfortable pictures on wall were not appealing. Didn't have that "your welcome to stay here feel". So, be comfortable. That is my best explanation of the decor. restaurant away! over price, and bed for sleeping were too hard and not comfortable at all. I found that I was entitled to free wifi and late checkout because I belonged to some membership. I have no idea what membership that is and feel like money was deducted from me when I went on the website, and I am not aware I was being charge. However, I will investigate. All in I enjoyed the time I had with people that accompanied me. 17 July 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Upon check-in, we were told a pack-n-play and roll away bed were in our room. They were not. We called the front desk four times over the course of 3 hours and were told each time that housekeeping would be delivering it. They did not. Finally, my irate husband had to speak to a manager who explained that the pack-n-play was broken. We were late for the wedding we had traveled to attend because we had to wait for a replacement crib. We never received the roll away bed and my mother had to sleep on the couch. The front desk personnel was not helpful at all. A manager was supposed to call and follow-up. No one has called. A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you have a family. 16 July 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Beautiful decor and comfortable beds! I enjoyed the beautiful decor and Art throughout the hotel. I was part of a group and we enjoyed our stay, immensely. However, there was a problem with my room accommodations, I needed a double room, however the person who booked the room for me booked a king! I asked politely if I could please receive the double room, At that point the customer service rep was nasty to me. She told me I could cancel my reservation. She didn't even ask her supervisor could they accommodate me, just get a cot or cancel is what she offered. I walked away went to a friends room to cool down and then called guest services. Immediately, they offered me a double room and was excellent in their handling of my situation. For that I would definitely recommend this hotel. 15 July 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by horrible experience This was a very bad experience my reservation was messed up so I had to move rooms. I called and asked if I could have a letter delivered and was told yes the letter arrived while I was there but I had to drive back costing me $10 in toll as well as wasted gas called and complained and no one did anything to resolve my problem. 15 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent in every way I travel to Chicago about once a week and this is by far my favorite hotel. My only wish is that it were closer to the city! I only stay here when I am flying for business or seeing a concert. The location in Rosemont does have its advantages with its great restaurants and proximity to the airport. My wife and I also are impressed by the artwork throughout the common areas of the hotel. This is one classy way to travel! 14 July 2014
